The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed at the RIU in the Dominican Republic as well as Mexico and the staff and experience is always top tier.

The resort is fine, crowded and a bit overpriced for what it is but overall okay.
My complaint is about hotel management and security not following up with an attempted assault that happened on property. They downplayed and did not take this seriously.
I filed a report and was never given any follow up.
