Walls are very thin but property is clean and staff is courteous. I was very comfortable in my room.
Fast check in, quiet and clean room, easy parking. Have to drive to get to food or other stores, nothing in walking distance. Would stay here again.
Property needs to be renovated. It is in poor condition. Broken tiles in the bathroom for example.
The rooms smelled stale & the breakfast offerings were gross. I paid extra to stay there so we wouldn’t have to go other places for breakfast & there was literally old microwaveable food. I’m also diabetic & couldn’t eat a single thing so I was better off staying where it was less expensive & didn’t expect breakfast.
This hotel is doing some updating. During COVID, amenities were not used. Conveniently located to Rt. 23 & 80. We would stay again.

I was here two days as part of a business trip. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and great staff: they recommended two fun restaurants, Pig In A Poke and Reno's. Breakfast was nearly done but a bit limited. Indoor Pool was a nice size and heated.
I was very pleased with the hotel from the minute I walked in. The room was comfortable, clean and plenty of room for my children and I. I will be returning to that area in the future and I will definitely stay again. I've even suggested to family that will go to the areas as well. Yeaaaah Comfort Suites in Prestonsburg, Ky. Keep up the good work, don't let the hotel fall thru the cracks.
Overall it's just an ok stay for one night. The room is not very clean, old carpet plus small bugs on the bed. I was so terrify when it climbed up to my arm. It's near the mountain area so I can understand.

As my family and I traveled thru Prestonsburg KY, we had a very pleasant stay at your hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Everything was clean and well stocked. The pool was nice for a swim in December and the gym helped me stay on track, but the treadmill wasn't working. Overall our stay was nice. Thanks, The Austin's
We traveled to suprise my daughter who is in school in the area. The stay was very enjoyable. The staff was very polite. The room was clean and nicely decorated. When we come back to visit we will for sure be staying here.
