We really liked the location of the property - just far enough away from town to feel away, but close enough for convenience. The house was nice - the open entertaining/dining area was great. The big TV was a plus! We used the big table to play some games, which the house had lots to choose from. The kitchen was a little on the small side and had the very basics, and we did appreciate the Keurig! It lacked a dishwasher and an in-sink garbage disposal - 2 niceties that are a bit of a challenge if you plan to cook and eat meals at the house.The back deck was nice but we unfortunately didn't get much use of it with the weather during our stay.All things considered, we'd stay here again!

The property was spacious and had a nice semi open concept. Liked that the kitchen was not as open to the living area but close. It made it more cozy. Loved the backyard deck and fireplace. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Overall a very nice stay.

This was a great property. It is located in a quiet forest neighborhood just outside of town. Far enough away for the peace and quiet we were seeking but close enough to pop into town for shopping and meals. Property is spacious with 4 bedrooms and a recreation room on the lower level. We’ll definitely come back here when we need a place to stay.

The property overall was lovely. The sunsets and wildlife were beautiful. The only things that kept us from giving an excellent review are the following: no window coverings on the hottest side of the house made it uncomfortably warm despite the portable AC’s, which brings me to the next reason, breaker kept popping while AC’s were in use, and my last comment is that the kitchen seemed inadequately appointed with enough dishes and cookware to accommodate a family of 8 for the 25 days we were there. To clarify, it was just the 2 of us most of the time but it advertises accommodations for 8 so it seems there should be enough plates, bowls, utensils, etc. for at least 8. Wine glasses would’ve been nice too. Coffee mugs worked but not ideal for wine lovers! Overall, it was a great place and we’d stay there again.

Perfect getaway

The home was well furnished, and we really enjoyed the air hockey table. Loved the propane in the large family room that made it so warm and cozy.
