The accommodation were great. It had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Prescott.

The area was not great, 2 homeless men yelling and chanting (yeah chanting.. i have volunteered with homeless people and im not christian but it still was scary af) all night at the smoke shop on the corner which made me too afriad to take my dog out to go potty so thankfully my husband was there, there was a huge rip in the bottom sheet, the code to the front door stopped working so when i called "the host" they told me they no longer own the property and gave me the number to the new person... didnt feel super safe with that. The "rules of the house" in the book did not match up to the house or what i was told in the app. The checkout times were different and instead of 11 had to be out by 10. The parking was odd and thankfully we parked in the 2 hour parking because "our spot" in the back was taken. Side note, but not that big of deal, the beds were terribly hard so if youve got a bad back find somewhere else.

Comfortable and Homey

This was perfect for what I needed. The location was convenient to downtown and it was just me and my granddaughter. We had a lovely visit. Josiah was very communicative and friendly and kind.

Buyer Beware

Sadly- I never had the opportunity to stay at this property. My husband & I own/operate a small dairy farm and delivery our milk to stores in the Prescott area. I decided very last-minute to surprise my husband with an overnight and found this on home. I was able to book only 2 days before our arrival day, as it was off-season. Unfortunately, the day before our trip, the pump to our well broke which meant our cow’s source of water was unavailable. We sadly had to cancel our trip so that we could haul water to our animals. I reached out to the Josiah 25 hours prior to check-in to let him know directly and explained the seriousness of the situation. He asked me to cancel through VRBO, but at that point it was 23 hours prior to check-in. When I explained I wasn’t able to cancel through the system, his reply was that “ I can’t cancel for you”. I spent hours on the phone with VRBO but was not refunded my money. Finally, I asked Josiah if he would allow us to stay a night the next time we delivered to his area in lieu of reimbursement. He never replied. I have also learned that he absolutely is able to cancel on his end. Josiah is clearly not a person of integrity or human kindness. Very disappointing.

Buyer Beware
