The staff at reception could care less of our needs. They refused to try to help. Made us wait to get attended even though we were there before others. I had special needs due to health issues but they could care less to try to accommodate.
Asked to be upgraded to a room in the executive lounge. Was not told they now only serve beer and wine two hours a day. What a disgrace.
Nothing special. Food was average and so was service; staff missing a smile element and politeness, except for a concierge girl who (I was told) was from Slovakia. Will not stay here again.
The breakfast options were excellent. Loved it. The location of the hotel, the uber pickup spots, safety, room cleanliness, checkin/checkout times were all very good. There was some renovation to the glass roof at the hotel which I did not know about. The look from the room and lobby was impacted by that. My access card would not work every other time. Each time I had to walk all the way back downstairs (elevator access is not that convenient) for some rooms.
Nice hotel close to subway and bus station. They have a breakfast buffet that I didn't participate in. Old town Prague is within walking distance.
Beautiful Hotel. 24 hour Bistro. Excellent Service. Highly recommend you choose this hotel when visiting Prague.
Excellent staff, hotel and service..Breakfast in the morning top notch with management on hand to oversee. Not directly in center of town , but very easy walk to and from. Pool and amenities for kids are a plus. Thanks again for a great stay.

Dear Gilbert, thank you for staying at the Hilton Prague hotel and for giving us chance to read about your experience. I was disappointed to read, that your stay in our property was not up to your expectations, as you described in your review. Please accept my most sincere apologies for all the shortcomings experienced. Allow me to assure you that this does certainly not reflect our usual high standard. These are tough times for all, and the staff is trying hard to keep all our guests as comfortable as possible. Rest assured, a thorough follow up from our side will be conducted to avoid such events occurring in the future. We would be very grateful to be given the opportunity of welcoming you back to convince you that we can do better. Kind regards
