Great stay. Centrally located. Highly recommend.

We loved staying here. Our room was very spacious and having a prayer room from the original building made it even more unique. The bed and bedding were both very comfortable. We also loved the free breakfast buffet allowing us to save some money. Plus, the sweet treats they have in the lobby throughout the day were an added bonus. This hotel is in a great location so we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. NOTE: Be aware the cobblestone roads leading to the hotel don’t allow an Uber or taxi to easily pick you up or drop you off. Be prepared to walk a few minutes to/from a pick-up point if using one of these modes of transportation.

Our first day, room was up on top floor w very small window/ attic and smell of sewer but 2nd day we transferred to a beautiful room w big windows. Shower easily clogs but breakfast daily is excellent and delicious..our room is on the building w elevator , other rooms no elevator but staff will help.

The room that was originally booked was on 4 th floor where there was no elevator , we had luggage and it was difficult to take the luggage up the stairs. Helena was kind and switched us to the part of the hotel that had an elevator. The room and bathroom were very small. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located near many shops, dinning places, and in walking distance to Charles Bridge.

We were delighted with this hotel. It’s located right in the centre of Prague, next to the bridge so everything is very walkable. Modern and clean with helpful friendly staff and a very good buffet breakfast. We stayed in one of the historic tower rooms with our two children, which was just superb. They had preserved the old features but also made the room modern and contemporary. Plenty of space and the beds were super comfortable, even the sofa bed was large and comfortable for the kids. It was a lovely end to a week of travelling. I highly recommend!

El hotel no puede estar mejor ubicado, justo en una de las cabezas del puente Carlos en Mala Strana (barrio pequeño y corazón de Praga). El personal es muy amable y atento. Limpieza excelente, camas muy cómodas. El desayuno normal. Totalmente recomendado.
