Nice hotel in a great location but the music from a close by bar played loudly until after 4:30 in the morning.so we could not sleep for the two nights we were there. The front desk said they could not do anything about it. Totally unacceptable!

overall good and very close to both the city center and the castle area

We stayed in the hotel a couple of days. The location is great. Views are amazing. The food is great. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends!

It's a great relax in the hotel after a a whole day tour in the city attractions. The hotel staff is helpful and the hotel room is spacious with all amenities.

This Hotel was just a few steps from the famous Charles Bridge and a close walk to the old town square. Near numerous restaurants and shopping. The only negative was the hotel WiFi did not work well in the room but great in the lobby area. the breakfast buffet was outstanding with numerous options for everyone.

Great location near Charles bridge. Close to everything, so you don't need to use any transportation.

great hotel , with the best location literally in prague , rooms size is great . for the price is the best you can have

The hotel exceeded expectations. The location is great, just 5 minutes from Old Town Square on foot. Breakfast is good, there are a number of options to choose from. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained.

We had a great time in Prague. The hotel locations was perfect, walking distance to many historical places. Best view from our hotel window. Loved it! The sunny weather helped. Niki

Great location in old city with easy walk to many of the main tourist attractions. Nice breakfast buffet included. Otherwise not many amenities. Staff was friendly many who spoke English Rooms however show their age. Lights were not functioning well in the bathroom. There was dust on the draperies as well as in the corners. We staid there twice. During the week it was okay but on the weekend the night club across the street was very loud. Toss up whether I would recommend this hotel. Depends on what people value. Price, location vs appearance.

The hotel is right near the bridge I had a good view on it from my window. It is comfortable for tourists to live right in the center. The hotel is quite. We had quite a big room for three. Nice breakfasts. There's no parking near it, you can park in a hotel next to it but it is quite expensive. I chose parka do ride in fifteen minutes from the hotel by street car. So nice authentic hotel to stay with big rooms but without parking.

very nice .Accesible to all main attractions, opera and concert halls

Very good, staff was not that friendly but overall room was very good. Most of places were on walking distance

Great location for the local attractions. I would recommend.

My wife and I stayed for 8 nights at the hotel. It provides complimentary breakfast which has many options to choose from. The room was kept clean the entire time we stayed. The staff was friendly. The location can't be beat. It is directly near the Charles Bridge but off the path so very little noise from tourist area. Would reccomend for anyone to stay.

Great location for exploring the city, delicious breakfast too. Rooms were spacious, beds not so comfortable, however.

Great location in old city. Able to walk in minutes to Charles Bridge as well as other tourist locations and restaurants. Nice breakfast buffet. The hotel is however in an old building. Lobby is nice but the rooms were not very clean. Cob webs in corners and sheets had stains and black particles on them. Some of the lights did not work initially.

The good things about this hotel are the nice location and the breakfast. Everything else was disappointing. The rooms are claustrophobic and dirty , beds are uncomfortable, only 1 comforter was provided for 3 adults sleeping in 3 single beds , wifi did not work in the rooms, front desk staff are not helpful.

part of town was great,, room large, bed comfortable, but sheets rough and pillows stiff. We were in room 214 and it had beautiful view of river, but also on road with trams and 5 clubs in 1 night spot that had patrons singing and yelling all night with large loud exodus at 5am. required sleeping and pill and ear plugs to get any rest, (and you could still hear the noise.) Hotel did have some interior rooms that were probably quite good. I would not stay again unless room assigned to be inside in advance.

First time traveling solo and I felt very secure in this hotel. Incredible location.
