Excellent stay, just needs coffee making equipment

I had a good stay at this hotel. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good for me. The only thing I would change is having a coffee pot or at least some pour over equipment so you can make your own coffee. There is a gas stove to heat water, but no way to make coffee, although they provide coffee cups.

Besides the swimming pool located on the second floor, there is a large terrace on top of the building, cover with synthetic grass, with chairs and restrooms. It's a good place to rest or exercise, plenty of pure air, fantastic to do Yoga.

Staff were all very courteous, always willing to answer questions. Security at front gate was reassuring. Cleaning staff was punctual and pleasant. No belongings missing. Breakfast was always delicious too! I look forward to staying again!

Excellent stay, comfortable bed, clean room, good shower, friendly staff (Guerline, Federico and others). Breakfast could be better (but is opitional). Great neighborhood (near Moinhos de Vento / Bela Vista). Garage is a plus.

A comfortable place to stay

A comfortable place to stay. Common areas look much better than the actual rooms, but the bed and A/c make up for any shortfall. Decent internet. No compiimentary breakfast as most Brazil hotels offer, but friendly coffee shop at reasonable prices. Located out of the main city, so all restaurants, etc., require driving.

Pleasant stay in Porto Alegre

Enjoyable stay. The room has small kichenette, so you can make your own meals. Only heat elements no oven, but a microwave also. Stay was pleasant staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast included with choice of fruits, coffee, and juices and small pastries.

Elegant apartment with excellent service

We stayed there for two days and got a spacious, elegant, very clean apartment with a kitchenette - mainly a microwave, fridge, and a few dishes, suitable for very light cooking only. There is a large supermarket down the street. The breakfast was very good, and the people serving it were very nice. The staff in general is extremely polite and helpful. The neighborhood (Bela Vista) is beautiful, quiet and safe, but not really central. There is a bus station and a taxi station next to the hotel. The WiFi was okay, the wired connection was much better. We did not use the pool or the fitness room. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Assim que cheguei no sábado, 18/10, pouco mais de 15h, fiz o check-in com um profissional extremamente atencioso e humano.
