My second time I’m 2 weeks , first time internet wasn’t working properly, in my room , the second time door room is not closing properly , had to push hard to out back and close . Recommend clean couch to remove stain , room and reception area

I like the restaurant and space all around. What I did not like is that the roof top was closed so there was no space to sit outside for fresh air even if the pool was closed, they need to put some tables and chairs so people can enjoy the view or get some fresh air.

They are great! Great food and staff, I actually love in here. Too bad the swimming pool is closed :( but it would be nicer soon! Towels smells great! Amazing shower pressure and very safe. I’ll come back! Let me repeat, the staff is amazing! Same people from last year, this is even better! They have apparently low staff rotation!

When booking, I am sure I requested a room for 3 adults, as wee where staying a few hrs only, paid in advance, and somewhere in the whole process, either a mistake from Expedia in communicating, hotel received a request for ONE adult and we were asked to pay more!
