O predio. no geral, eh bom, moderno, bem equipado e com tudo muito novo e funcional. O grande problema dessa propriedade eh o sistema de entrada e saida no predio. A localizacao dele nao eh em zona super segura. A portaria remota demora muito para abrir a primeira porta. Alias, demora sempre mais do que o necessario. O melhor seria os hospedes terem acesso a abrir e fechar a porta do predio. Outra questao foi o colchao EXTREMAMENTE macio, que nao eh nada confortavel.

Podia ser bem melhor.

A entrada no prédio é confusa. Ficamos dependentes de porteiro virtual o que demorava muito para quem esta aguardando na rua e sem cobertura. A unidade é boa mas requer manutenção: ducha vasando, armarios quebrados, nao tem cafeteira e etc. Apesar das reclamacoes, nem todos os pontos foram atendidos a tempo.

Apartamento bom, equipado, com cama confortável e chuveiro a gás bom. Tudo relativamente novo. Comunicação fácil com a equipe Charlie pelo WhatsApp, basta pedir ao robô para falar com atendente que te transferem na hora para atendimento humano. Único ponto negativo é que, por ser um apartamento em edifício residencial sem porteiro no local, com portaria remota, a cada entrada no prédio precisa interfonar e fornecer os dados para liberar a entrada.

Fea ubicación, sensación de inseguridad permanente. Poco práctico para ingresar (portería remota) sin posibilidad de tener código de acceso. La cama era un sillón-cama roto y muy incómodo. La ducha era mala. El departamento tenía lavarropas, horno y lavavajillas pero no tenía cubiertos! No recomiendo.

O lugar em si, muito bom mesmo, limpo, acomodação confortável, seguro, mesmo sem estacionamento, sendo que, lugar na garagem eles tem. Ponto Negativo, atendimento pelo whats e portária virtual, HORRÍVEL, pessoas sem a mínima empatia com o cliente, parecia que estavam fazendo favor, sendo que, foi tudo devidamente pago, e não foi barato.

Ótimo local! Acesso ao prédio bem ruim

Pontos positivos: quarto completo; cama confortável; prédio moderno com mercado ao lado; feira de rua 2x na semana a 5min a pé; vários restaurantes perto a pé; 2km da Orla do Guaiba. Pontos negativos: não possui porteiro presencial; reconhecimento facial para entrada no prédio não funcionou em nenhum dia (o que é bem ruim de noite); água quente no chuveiro somente durante o dia (parece que acaba de noite). É um ótimo local. Mas para futuros hóspedes, atentar para demora no checkin (portaria remota) e entrada noturna no prédio.

A localização é muito boa, no entanto a sacada teve que ficar fechada, pois há um certo barulho de motor. Pode não incomodar a todos, mas eu tenho muita sensibilidade e tenho TOC. A cama tinha um buraco como se fossem duas de solteiro grudadas. E para quem trabalha home office é mais confortável as dependências do que o quarto, devido a altura da mesa. No restante é agradável.

Ótima opção no Menino Deus

O flat é excelente p/ quem está sozinho ou em casal ! É super bem equipado e tem a opção de inclusão de serviços extras (pagos a parte). O sistema de atendimento é totalmente remoto, o que garante segurança na entrada, mas dificulta a vida do hóspede se vc tem que sair e entrar várias vezes ao dia. É muito bem localizado (tendo um supermercado do lado e comércio variado próximo ao prédio do flat) - recomendo comer na pizzaria “Balcone” que fica na mesma avenida - é excelente! O local é de fácil acesso ao Centro, Zona Sul, rodoviária e aeroporto. Um ponto negativo é a falta de garagem (mesmo paga), se vc está de carro ou precisa desembarcar bagagem, principalmente na chuva… Recomendo cuidado ao sair / chegar à noite, pq a região fica meio deserta - já que é necessário aguardar p/ se identificar e ter autorização p/ entrar.
