We needed a place to stay for several weeks with our 4 kids and our cats while we listed our own home for sale and this worked very well. We were the first family to stay in the property, so most everything was brand new. We had a few minor issues early on which the property manager remedied very quickly. The room above the garage is really fun for younger kids, with a lovely little reading nook and fun furnishings. There's an upscale grocery store and lovely hikes along the river a few minutes away.
