Room was large with queen size bed. Train and road noise at night. Could hear someone walking around in room above me many times, otherwise, quiet. No free breakfast. Enough parking. Close to freeway and fast food. Shower was okay but seemed like if someone flushed a toilet that was close to my room, hot water cooled down. Bed was okay. Pillows need undating as do towels. Remote control for tv was an old style. Had a handy tv channel guide on sealed card but not on tv.

you Could hear every step from room above you as the ceiling creaked, poor lighting in bathroom /vanity area, bed was very uncomfortable n springs popped when you moved

This hotel has a restaurant in it that apparently draws people who are not guests of the hotel. That would be fine if they had enough parking to accommodate both hotel and restaurant guests. However, after returning to the hotel one evening there were no empty parking spots to be found. Several hotel guests were driving around in circles waiting for parking spots to open up. I finally had to park on the street quite a ways down from the hotel and walk back. Not an acceptable accommodation for someone who pays for a hotel room for several nights. Then on the last morning the elevator was out of service.

Very comfortable, the staff was very friendly. I liked having the river view. Rooms were nice and comfortable and clean. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

It was nice hotel, great location. My only problem is the key card, it keeps deactivated. I have been in front desk to have it activated.

The rooms are comfortable and the dining is very reasonable. The food is among the best in that area. Many locals dine there.

Very nice room with a river view. Bed was comfortable, air-conditioning was great! Friendly staff! Highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, and nicely updated Best Western. Rooms have balconies with outstanding views of the Willamette River. Was so nice waking up in the morning and watching boats out on the river fishing. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I would stay here again. I like that they had free wifi. It was conveniently located near Rite Aid & Walgreens, so anything I forgot to pack, I could easily find at one of these stores. I liked that I was able to park my rental car underneath the hotel, at ground level (the hotel rooms seemed to start from the 2nd floor upwards). The hotel seemed very secure. You had to use your hotel key (card), in order to take the elevator or stairs from outside the hotel. The river was gorgeous, across the street from the hotel. I used the computers in the lobby of the hotel each day to check my emails.

I enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is the one very slow elevator. I used the steps most of my stay.

Hotel appears to be in the process of updating which is great. It's very conveniently located and was nice.

We did ask for an early check-in and got in 30 min early. Thank you. : ) However, the "breezeway" to our room was closed, we had to go down a flight or up a flight to get there. the ice machine didn't work, we had to go up or down again. the cable stopped working 30 minutes after we got there. (it did turn back on after an hour or two) no radio or alternative entertainment. we had a barking dog next to us and above us. the doors SLAMMED every time our neighbors left their room. someone was running up and down the hallways on the floor above until very late the night we stayed. (Put children on the bottom floor). There were "homeless or drugged" people walking on the path across the street below our deck all evening. The refrigerator made an awful noise all night and we slept like hell.

We were checked in by Jordan C. very quickly and politely. Although we had to wait a few minutes for the key it was well worth the wait. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The view of the river was beautiful and very relaxing. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and would look forward to it.V

One of the best little gem of a hotel you'll find. Sure to become your secret little getaway. I loved the location. The bed was very comfortable. Loved having a balcony. The only downfall was the front desk staff. They were unaccomodating, jerky and snotty. Other than that ...fantastic hotel!

Stayed for one night while visiting friends. The hotel served its purpose by providing me with a comfortable and quiet room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good accommodations were pleasant but room was located at the end of a hallway and hallway door caused annoying sound when closing.

I don't recommend this hotel. Poor wi-fi won't stream a movie. Tv is horrible. Beds are small on oversize wooden frames you stub your toe on. Walls are nasty splatter. Ceiling is popcorn. Window shaker doesn't shut off when temperature is met. No continental breakfast. Smells of old. Nasty grouted tub surround. Go elsewhere.

Appreciate cleanliness, convenience, view, accessible food, and easy parking.

Hotel was very professional. The front desk was extremely helpful and polite. Whether we needed a wine key or another nights stay out needs were met. I will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was good. The staff were professional and courteous. Only one or two issues. After 3 days and no maid service, I contacted the front desk and was told the " Do not disturb " sign was out or on whichever the case may be. Still don't know where that sign is. They cleaned the room upon request so still trying to figure that one out. We were leaving the next day so didn't press the issue. If you do stay, might be wise to ask about the SIGN. The parking situation could be better. Should not have to park on the street at $169 a night. Seems there are more rooms than parking spaces so if you leave for awhile, there is no guarantee of a space upon returning.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your visit with us. I apologize you had such a poor experience with our parking lot. Patrons of our adjoining business parking in our parking lot is a struggle, and we are trying to brain storm a solution to the parking issues we have while there is a large banquet and a full hotel. One of our elevators did unfortunately go out of service over the holiday weekend. This did not go unnoticed from the maintenance department and the company was called out to our property as soon as they were available to get here. I hope you will consider staying with us again to give us a second chance to wow you.

What a wonderful review! Thank you so much for taking the time to write about us! We pride ourselves in our customer service and cleanliness. As far as the river view, we can't take credit for that, but whoever decided to build a hotel on this land sure made a fantastic decision. We hope to see you, your friends and family again!
