Atendimento e café da manhã nota mil

Sem dúvidas o atendimento foi o que mais me encantou na estadia, pessoal muito gentil no melhor padrão mineiro. Localização excelente!! O café da manhã também excelente, com muitas opções e pão de queijo maravilhoso. Os únicos pontos de melhoria é que o banheiro era extremamente apertado, só tinha um espelho pequeno no banheiro, frigobar não ligou e não tinha ar condicionado no quarto. Fiquei somente uma noite, não foi problema, mas os outros quartos que meus pais e minha irmã se hospedaram eram maiores, banheiro amplo.

Minha estadia foi ruim. O Hotel esta em reforma e isso não é falado durante a reforma. Me colocaram em um quarto no andar em reforma e esta muito sujo, empoeirado. com muito custo me trocaram de quanto para um andar sem reforma. Mesmo nesse novo quarto que se diz superior as condições não eram as melhores. Travesseiros ruins e toalhas com mal cheiro. o Café da manha e a atendente do café é simples mas bom. E voce pode pensar o preço é bom? Engano seu. precos compativeis com outros hoteis de melhores condições e atendimento. Nesse dia especificamente não tinha vaga. O que sobra sao essas coisas. Outro detalhe Ruim Estacionamento caro. Outras opções melhores não cobram estacionamento

O hotel é muito bom. Otima localização, check-in feito pelo recepcionista Marcelo foi de muita eficiência. Interior do hotel muito bem cuidado e limpo. Acomodações confortaveis e limpas. E o café da manhã merece destaque, com itens diferenciados e até o famoso "pao de queijo" sendo servido diretamente nas mesas, pelo pessoal da cozinha, assim que saia do forno. O único ponto desfavorável foi a piscina de água quente: a água não estava quente o suficiente para usar, ainda mais em Poços de Caldas, que, no inverno, costuma ser mais frio do que em outros lugares. E, quando consultei a recepção, o atendente só tentou me informar que a água estaria a mais de 30°, sem ir testar pessoalmente, mas, na, realidade, estava apenas morna, além de um pouco turva. Como a piscina de água quente foi um dos itens anunciados que mais me interessou ao fazer a reserva, deixou um pouco a desejar, mais foi o único item que não levou a nota 10. Pelo restante, parabéns! Recomendo.
