Getting Around:
The condo is located at the Koox Mama 42 Condohotel, about 55 km | 34 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). However, check your mobile map apps when you arrive, as driving time varies depending on the time of day. When you arrive at the property, if you’re arriving by car, there’s parking available at the complex.
If not driving, you can get around town via registered taxi, bike, colectivo or walking, as you’ll be very centrally located!
Other Things to Note:
We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and body wash, but please note that these are not replenished during your stay.
There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

We were at the condo for a month. The condo is well located and well equipped. It’s a quieter part of the strip, so not as crowded. The beach is a few short blocks. I have food allergies so most meals were done at the condo. No oven but the toaster oven worked well. It had everything we needed. The management was very responsive to texts.

Super condo juste assez pour nous deux. À deux pas de la fameuse 5ieme Avenue. Prêt de tout. Resto, magasins, épicerie. Belle piscine tranquille sur le toit. Tout les soirs sur le balcon nous entendions de la bonne musique du resto juste en bas. Soft rock, country. Oui ça peut être un peu fort mais nous avons appli de ventilateur sur nos cell qui enterrait le bruit. Je vous recommande ce condo.
