Property is poorly maintained. Stairs up to the second level had torn and loose carpeting which I did not seeing while carrying suit cases upstairs and I ended up tripping and falling. Thank goodness I fell forward. Complained to management. Not sure they will fit it since it is clear it had been this way for along time. Also the internet did not work. Complained and nothing was done.

Room is a dive. No hair dryer. Filthy walls with chipped paint and drapes falling off the rail. Something on the wall that looks like mold. Stuck of cigarette smoke.

The room was, for the most part, clean The decor was dark and old, but the bed was comfortable, everything worked, and management was helpful. There were smale holes in a few walls that wre not covered. Not enough towels. Overall, we had what we needed for a restful stay.

Parking easy. Staff friendly and allowed early check-in. Guests quiet, but road noise loud. Room very outdated, but clean. Unable to open window blinds.

Check-in couldn’t have been easier. Check-in staff was a pure delight! Room was safe, clean, comfortable. Convenient to restaurants, downtown Placerville (super cute and fun!), coffee. We came for Apple Hill fall fun and this hotel was great for our family of 4 doing a quick and budget-friendly family mini-trip. Will definitely be back.

Older property, but very well maintained. The room was comfortable and clean. There were a few things that could be improved such as the carpeting and the curtains had a few areas that were worn out. But all in all for the price, it was excellent. The staff and check-in was very pleasant and quick. It is a good place to stay, especially if you have a family.
