Expensive restaurant for breakfast

The staff are wonderful. The restaurant is great and the staff was efficient and accommodating despite dining on a busy Saturday. The food was well worth the hotel restaurant premium. And the pool and spa tub are worth the trip alone. This is our second stay here and will definitely have more in the future

Bed was very hard.

It was a fine place to stay for what we needed. It wasn’t that great, though.

Very clean and spacious hotel. Staff is friendly. Swimming pool is very small and square, not meant for swimming. Restaurant on the premises Jae's (not Hilton) is so-so.

Tons of people walking around, riding elevators and all maskless. Table in room was on the verge of falling to pieces. To the point where it couldn’t be used, wobbled 5 or 6 inches in every direction. Coffee maker in room only produced cold sludge. No complimentary toothpaste in room. Faucets worked in opposite direction (hot was cold, cold was hot). Furniture in disrepair, wall paper peeling.

Very nice clean room with beautiful walk in shower. Felt safe during COVID-19 pandemic. The only issue was that the hot tub was closed as a safety measure. That is understandable but it should have been highlighted on the reservation website.

Very comfortable bedding and outstanding shower( needed a floor mat as it was slippery) staff quite pleasant and accommodating. Very clean and sterile environment surprising as it was an extremely busy weekend. The only minor blemish was perhaps a less than optimal view of a warehouse in back not the hotels though

Colleen, the hostess at the front desk, was very helpful and Jae's restaurant was delicious. Overall a great place to stay.

Overall very nice hotel, staff were very helpful while we were there. Only issue was that although we were told about restaurant, we were not told it was Thai food which we are not fans of. Over all very nice stay and would visit this property again.
