We were pleasantly surprised with these accommodations, having not realized that we were getting a suite with kitchen accoutrements! Everything about the suite was wonderful and the location suited well for overnight while attending a concert at nearby Tanglewood in Lenox, MA. I gave 4 stars to the staff and 5 stars for everything else. They seemed somewhat inexperienced, but they were doing their best, I am sure, and will eventually become seasoned registration staff. After all, everyone in any job has startup routines to master.

Big property, nice rooms with full kitchens and everything you woud need. Property is dated Pool area is clean and the hot tub is great to have at the end of the day. room cleanliness could be a bit better in the small detail areas like curtains, windows.. con webs etc. Our overall stay was great and priced right. We would or will stay again.

The location and price is great! Close to the many towns and activities in the Berkshires. However, when I booked the room through Expedia (at a great price), I did not notice a "resort fee." They call themselves a resort with a game room, indoor pool, and sauna. Same amenities as other major hotel chains. Just wrap the fee into the price so the consumer is not surprised.

Rest, relax, and repeat

Great value for families! The welcoming staff, location (Lenox/Pittsfield border), spacious suite, and ample amenities made for a fantastic vacation. No free breakfast but there are several dining options and markets nearby. Gorgeous view of the sunset from the upper floors. There was a note of upcoming renovations so looking forward to what else they have in store.

The hotel was exactly what we needed for. Quick trip to the Berkshires. Great location. The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. The only reason it’s 4 and not 5 stars is the air conditioning is located in the living room area and not the bedroom, so it gets hot at night.

Comfortable bed, spacious rooms, nice kitchenette and appliances, friendly staff, nice pool, wi-fi excellent, and great price. Some amenities listed on website were not available (ping-pong, vouchers for breakfast at a nearby restaurant, walking trails on site) or needed repair (jacuzzi- though the motor had recently broken down and was quickly replaced), communication between maintenance and front desk staff (who were unaware that the jacuzzi wasn't working and that it wouldn't be repaired for a few days, which wasn't accurate).
