Great location

Great place to stay. Newly remodeled and a short walk to the beach. Property manager was very responsive. Only issue is that you could hear the people in the unit above walking around at all hours of the night.

Great location!!!

The area was quiet, parking was a breeze, and we couldn't have asked for a better location. We spent time at the sand dunes and Avila Beach. Walking down to the beach and downtown Pismo was by far our favorite thing to do. Definitely would recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. The living space was nice, we spent most of our time there in the kitchen, cooking, eating, playing games seated around the counter. The kitchen was well supplied with basic cookware, utensils and dishes. The Master bed was very comfortable. I hadn’t realized (my fault) there was only 1 shower prior to our stay, which wasn’t ideal, but worked out ok. The shared bathroom/shower was also nice and clean.Our stay was during the annual classic car show. When we arrived there were 2 cars parked behind our parking area, but since there was enough space I decided to park out of the way, but still in the driveway. I hoped that after the weekend they may leave, which they did. I did not bring this to the attention of the owner, but I would recommend numbering the garages to coincide with each rental unit to avoid any confusion. The unit was in a great location, central to the beach, and restaurants, making it nice to walk anywhere we were going. Thank you for your accommodations!

Beautiful close-to-beach and downtown property

This beautiful unit features what seems to be a newly renovated apartment. The kitchen has great appliances that are well taken care of and maintained. This property doesnt have travel necessities like shampoo, bath soap and a hair dryer, but they provide fresh towels, extra blankets and pillows. And Walmart is just 2 exits away. The location was so convenient that you could walk everywhere. We drove in so we had a car but we didnt need it. We hope to stay here again!

PB Trip

Good location (probably closer to 2.5 blocks from the water) and nice to have parking. Neighbors are super close. Walking distance to food and drinks. Well stocked kitchen, although the fridge is huge and the Keurig is sketchy. Outdoor space is plain (as in pics). Plenty of towels, but bring your own soap and shampoo. Wifi worked but tv has no instructions and was only able to get it to work on the first night (not sure why hosts just don't include cable and charge accordingly?). Host did respond to inquiry but was not overly friendly. Nice to have a second BR, but last time we thoroughly enjoyed the Kon Tiki hotel with great views and breakfast included - would most likely opt for that next time.

Family Trip

Property was more than I expected. It had everything in a kitchen that you would need. Bedrooms were super comfortable and worked out perfectly between the parents and the children. Will definitely be staying here again next year thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Clean and Easy

My family enjoyed staying here so much. It was nice to have a place to sleep in 3 different rooms so we could all spread out. We were walking distance to so many different restaurants and coffee shops. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Great spot by the beach

The space was very nice and easy to find/get to. Our only complaints were that there was no soap of any kind for the shower and the smart tv in the living room didn’t work.

Amazing Location!

This is a beautiful place with close walking distance to the beach!! Amazing location. Home was clean but hardly had any amenities so be sure to bring your own towels and toilet paper. I did reach out to host but she didn’t help! Other than that you do hear everything from the above condo so if you are a light sleeper, this isn’t the place for you! I would stay again!

Amazing Location

Walk to everything in downtown Pismo Beach and while relaxing at this luxurious condo. We were in town for our son’s graduation from Cal Poly. But the ease with which we had access to the beach, restaurants and shops in Pismo was great. Would stay here in a heartbeat again!

My adult 3 kids and I had a wonderful time. Close to everything, clean, comfortable. The only negative is the noise from upstairs, but that is expected in an apartment type situation. We had a fantastic time!!!!!

Amazing Place at the Beach

We have stayed here time and time again. We love this place! Conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We parked our car and didn't have to drive it until we left. We have stayed in the upper unit and lower unit. Both have their pros and cons. The upper unit has the views, windows, and breeze. However, the lower unit is easier with kids since no stairs and easier to load/unload. Do note that there is no bathtub for the younger kids, just a shower. Very clean and well decorated. This lower unit this time didn't have all of the same items in the kitchen like last time in the upper unit. However, I communicated that to the property manager and they were responsive to fix that. We love this place and we will definitely be back.

Home was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Close to town and walking distance to town, Glad we had first floor, no stairs and away from noise. Kitchen very nice, modern. If we knew ahead we would have brought a larger fry pan and a cookie sheet Just needed pot holders and maybe plastic scraper. Overall very nice. Would definitely like to re-rent again. Thank you

Memorial Day weekend stay

Unit was nice and clean upon arrival and parking is great. Beds are extremely comfortable and kitchen has pretty much everything you might need for a short vacation. Took a while to figure out the tv and as far as I can tell there is no WiFi for the unit. One odd thing is alot of the plugs in the unit don’t accommodate standard cords like phone chargers and hairdryer. And as documented on other feedback you hear every step the folks in the unit above make.

First time using VRBO, happy about it

This was my first time using VRBO and it was an enjoyable experience. Agree with most other positive reviews and comments. Centrally located, slightly urban area, blocks from beach. Keurig acted a little funky second day but also has full size coffee machine. Never needed to contact manager. Went hiking, recommend Montana De Oro (breathtakingly beautiful), visited University, bought groceries at Trader Joes a few miles away and spent a fun day in town, San Luis Obispo, shopping, eating. Great for short getaway and perhaps invite more friends and rent another unit in same building.
