The floors were pretty dirty. My daughter walked on the floor for a few minutes and the bottom of her feet turned black. The foam pad in the living room was pretty tattered and you could feel the wooden slats in the bed. The bedroom window could not be opened and the place had no air conditioning so the bedroom gets pretty stuffy. The walk to the beach is approximately 7 minute walk.

A couple of nights in this beautiful rental. Close to everything you need in walking distance. Including groceries, resturants, the beach and pier. It was a family stay, adults were happy, the kids wanted more to do at the rental. The beds were very hard. No padding. Condo is very nicely decorated and nicely supplied with towels, blankets and kitchenware.
