Less than two blocks from the beach, this location is unbeatable. Our home features 2 buildings, with 2 bedrooms in the front house and a separate-entrance studio in the back. If you are looking for a fun beach house to explore Pismo Beach and the surrounding areas - look no further. Up to two cars can fit in the private driveway, and there is a washer and dryer as well for your convenience. The shining star of this home is the wood deck around the back.
The deck seating allows for everyone to hang out, BBQ, and relax in the sunshine. The two bedrooms inside the house are decorated for beachside vibes and a good time. The third room is right around the way from the deck. There is a separate gated entrance from the deck to take you studio entry. This is a studio with a fully remodeled bathroom, mini-fridge, and microwave. *Non-refundable pet cleaning fee applies

Great place, good value for our money and awesome location! We loved the space in the main house and the extra studio room in the back was perfect for the teenagers! They loved the seclusion and so did we! Highly recommended this place and using beach bum vacations - we had an issue with the dishwasher during our trip and they had help there within a couple hours. An excellent experience!

Nice cute little home comfortable quite Neighborhood Some car noise but not a big deal

Nice little get away with the family Loved the back little studio room . House is as clean maybe just a little touch to the tub around the edges and did notice dead roach in the microwave in the clock. No roaches in the house but maybe clean or get a new microwave that will have you question the whole house. But overall good experience I would rent this home again .

Beach house on Park Ave

This property was close to the beach and downtown but really close to the main Street so there were loud vehicles and motorcycles (road noise). We have a few tall people in our family and this older house is smaller and the ceilings/fans are low. The back property was very nice and modern.

Pismo Beach stay

The location of the house was perfect, a short 2 block walk to the beach. The house was spacious for 6 and beds were comfortable. The house could use a deep clean however. The bottom of our feet were constantly black from walking on dirty floors. The deck outside needs pressure washed terribly. A little love would go a long way. Bring extra utensils or you will need to wash some after each meal. Otherwise the stay was comfortable. Having a patio out back that you could lock up was wonderful along with the outdoor shower! For the price, it worked out well.

The beach cottage was so cute and very comfortable for our stay during Cal Poly graduation weekend. It was close to sand and an easy walk to stores. Beach Bum rentals saved us , 👍🏻as our original rental cancelled on us 6 weeks before graduation. 👎🏼
