The space

Conveniently located just minutes away from Dollywood Theme Park and Pigeon Forge Parkway, the town`s main thoroughfare. If you don`t like the curvy mountain roads but still want to have a great view of the smokey mountain then you are in the right place.

Paved driveway along with a ramp to the front door, making unloading and loading the cars much easier. Our cabin offers plenty of space (3,600 sqft) for the family to spread out and comfortably sleep up to 20 guests!

**MAIN LEVEL**

Enter the first level you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a large table for as many as 12 people, a spacious living room make of open concept and lots of natural light, an electric fireplace, and a large flatscreen TV adds a modern cabin touch. There is also a bedroom (Bedroom 1) with an ensuite private bathroom. There can’t be any better places to gather around as a family to eat, chat or have fun. There is also a charcoal grill right outside of the cabin.

**UPPER LEVEL**

The upper level features 2 Master Bedrooms with King Bed each with its own ensuite bathroom (Bedrooms 2 and 3) and another bedroom with 1 queen bunk bed and ensuite bathroom (bedroom 4). All the bedrooms feature a flatscreen TV to keep everyone entertained while most of them have direct access to the deck for keeping you close to nature.

**LOWER LEVEL**

Continue to the lower level, here you will find the game room where you can choose from a foosball table, air hockey to beat the highest arcade scores, or just simply watch your favorite sports game on the flatscreen TV. It’s a fun space to hang out and chill at the cabin.

Wait there`s more, a carpeted theater room with 12 theater-style chairs and bin bags to add to your comfort while enjoying the movie night in a DVD/Blu-ray player and a 65 inches big flat-screen TV.

You’ll also find one bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom (bedroom 5) and another bedroom with the 2nd queen bunk-bed (bedroom 6). There is also an outdoor large deck featuring a full private Hot Tub with classic wooden-style rocking chairs for some relaxation with great views and fresh mountain air.

⭐PETS POLICY⭐

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved and house-trained pets to our cabin! We kindly ask that pets remain off all furniture . If you need to leave your pet unattended in the cabin, please ensure they are safely crated. Our standard pet fee is $100 per pet (up to 2 pets). If you plan to bring pets, please make sure to let us know in advance.

*** Vrbo will only automatically charge for one pet. if you`re bringing a second pet, the additional pet fee will be collected separately by us before your stay.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that ladybug season in the Smokies runs from October to December! Ladybugs are protected under The State of Tennessee, so we can`t completely get rid of them. But since we do monthly pest control, you may notice dead and rarely some live ladybugs inside as a result of the treatments. Which is very common in the mountains. We appreciate your patience, and a vacuum is available for use as needed.

The entire cabin is available to the guests. The resort includes an outdoor seasonal swimming pool and a fire pit from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Other things to note

The pet fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers a professional cleaning post-checkout. However, Pet-related damages or the need for excessive cleaning, including an unusual amount of pet hair on carpets, bedding, or furniture may result in additional charges.

To prevent parties, a noise decibel monitor is installed in the living room.

Prior to check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement

We provide an initial starter set of household supplies (dishwasher tablets, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body soap, hand soap, laundry tabs). Additional supplies can be purchased at Publix Supermarket near the Resort.

There is a $500 additional cleaning charge if there is any smell or evidence of smoking or if you don`t clean up after your pet. Anyone found breaking these rules will be asked to leave without a refund.

You may smoke outside. Please be responsible and do not throw cigarette buds outside the patio area.

The fireplace is an electric fireplace, not a gas fireplace. Please be mindful to turn off when leaving the cabin.

There is a front door camera installed in our cabin for your security.

The location of Hummingbird Hill is excellent if you are visiting Dollywood or going to Gatlinburg. We had a beautiful view of the hills, but were close to amenities. The hosts were very responsive to our requests. We had 8 adults and two toddlers and the space was very good for all to have their own space.

The location of the cabin was a huge reason we chose. The central location in Pigeon Forge and the ease of getting to Gatlinburg made our stay very enjoyable and easy to commute to anywhere we wanted to go. Great rental home with lots of get together room and the beds were very comfortable. Ample parking spaces and fairly level lot much better than most made it very accessible. The view of both sunrise and sunset with the mountains were spectacular!

Our youth group rented this cabin at the end of January for our annual trip to Gatlinburg for a conference. The location was perfect and the cabin was clean, spacious, and exactly what we needed. The hosts were great at sending communication and responding quickly (even when I was busy and wasn’t great at it!) overall great stay and would definitely stay here again! :)

The property was the best place we have ever stayed, and we use VRBO often! It was extremely clean, had plenty of space for everyone to be together for meals and fellowship time in the kitchen/living room/theater room and yet offered privacy for everyone too. The wrap around porches on each level were FANTASTIC! The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded nearly immediately. We will be going back!

Amazing Experience!

Fantastic property. Very comfortable, beautiful views, close to Dollywood and other attractions. We had three families, each with two kiddos and it was the perfect size. Kids ranged in age from 1 - 7. Kids loved the game and theatre rooms. Porches are very relaxing and hot tub was on and ready to go as soon as we arrived. I honestly have no complaints, it was ideal for our stay.

Great cabin for family

I had a great experience with staying in this cabin. It accommodated 13 adults and 3 children, ages 81 to 6. Everyone was comfortable and pleased with the property. The communication was excellent! Any questions I had were immediately answered. I loved the location so close to the Island, Dollywood and Soaky Mountain. Would definitely stay here again. The only concern is that I wasn't able to stay longer.

Enjoyed our stay in this clean roomy cabin. There was a group of eight ladies that were classmates friends most since the first grade !! We had a great stay ! Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable . The cabin was very clean and the host was very fast in communicating with any questions. Definitely recommend and if ever come back with a large group will book again! Also she had some other cabins that are smaller. Also, the location was perfect !

Excellent group trip

I led a group of 10 senior adults from our church to attend a conference in Pigeon Forge. Hummingbird Lodge was an ideal location. It was a short drive to the Leconte Center. We had plenty of room to spread out and comfortable space to visit and share meals together. The property is very clean and well maintained. When we did have one minor issue, our hosts responded promptly to fix it. We would definitely consider staying here again. A very positive experience.

Our stay at this incredible home in Pigeon Forge was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your trip, making it incredibly convenient and comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the gorgeous scenery each day was a highlight of our stay. Cabin was great! Beautiful. Clean. Location was great. Only issue we had was the smoke alarm in the main level bedroom went off at 1:05 am our first night and again a second time 3-5 minutes later. Shot us straight from our bed! 👀 we found extra pillows but no pillowcases. We did have issues with the cabin across from us using our parking but that is out of control of the owner because they have clear signs pointing out parking.

Great house! Very spacious and clean. Excellent location!!! The TV’s were all difficult to operate. Some of the remotes didn’t even have batteries. No DVDs in the house to use with DVD player. Bring your own fire stick or something and you will be fine. Otherwise everything was great!

Christmas get together for family

Property was perfect. Great layout of the house. Everyone could have their own space. Room sizes were extremely adequate. Had a couple of minor issues the first night but they was taken care of promptly. Johnny, the maintenance man did great and was very friendly. Only thing that kept me from 5 start on everything was when I tried to pay the final payment, it was hard to communicate with Cabins for you but finally got in touch with them. There was only 2 garbage cans outside and 1 was full when we got there so we had no where to take the bags to. Need more garbage storage outside.
