This was our first time staying in a Home2 Suites and we loved it! Everyone was super nice from the registration desk to the breakfast staff to the housekeeping staff. Very accommodating with whatever we asked for. Property is very well kept, common areas also kept neat and tidy. Appreciated the hot fresh coffee 24/7, the fire pit outside and the outdoor pool area. Rooms are very spacious for 3 people plus 2 pets. Also, our room had an awesome view of the iconic Ferris Wheel. Will definitely stay here again on a future trip to the area. Easy drive to Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountains. Beware, however, October is a very busy month for that area. Lots of car and foot traffic.
