Stayed here for one night and it was very nice! Allison that checked me in was very nice. The room was very clean and comfy!
The cleaning crew did not leave enough towels after they took the others. They just Took the old ones and threw 2 towels and 1 washcloth down. Yeah there was 4 of us!!! Had to ask for more and got some attitudes
We loved everything about the stay very cozy the kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub and the teddy bear waffles!!!
The rooms had bugs and it smell like cigarettes
Avoid booking any rooms on the ground floor. There were insects (centipedes and roly polys) throughout the room on the floors. The ceilings were an eye sore. There was plaster w/rust color hanging from the ceiling and water damage in the corners of the celings. I was grateful for NO bed bugs.
Place is great
The hotel is located on a good spot but the traffic is horrible
It was great over all ! No issues what so ever will definetly be back !
Hotel was decent. Pool is kinda small. Beds were comfy.
Location was good. Close enough but just far enough from busy areas
Someone knocked on our door at 8:20 pm. I would not open the door as I was not expecting company. I called the office and told them and they said let me check with our maintenance man. Then they left me hanging...
Overall decent, but could have been better. Cleanliness 3/5: Our four year old found a piece of rubber mulch and a can of chewing tobacco on the floor. Friendliness 4/5: Everyone was generally friendly, but nothing above and beyond. Facilities 3/5: (1) They had signs on the ice machines that they weren't for coolers. Maybe I'm weird, but I always use hotel ice machines for the cooler. (2) The laundry facilities required multiple dry cycles for, what I thought, was a medium/large load. $2.50 a cycle, that gets expensive. (3) We didn't use the pool or anything, but they did seem well maintained. (4) During the first part of our stay, it was generally empty... the weekend got busy tho and it didn't look like parking could be an issue. Breakfast 2/5: They only had sack breakfasts... if you call it that. It is just a muffin, orange, and cheap granola bar. This was "due to Covid", and I guess was a decent gesture. Personally, I'd prefer a grab and go style with the sack. Maybe some dry cereal, a bottle of milk, muffins, etc. Something to show a little effort went into it. Housekeeping (n/a): Personally, I prefer this way all the time... only clean if I specifically ask. I know some like more pampering though. We're generally clean and so it wasn't a huge deal. We just laid our towels out and let them give us more if we needed them. Overall, it was a decent stay, but nothing special.
Close to all of the attractions in the area. Low price.
The indoor pool and indoor hot tub. How close it was to everything
Parking lot was kind of small for all the rooms they should add more.
