Free upgrade at checkin. Our room is nice, but not over the top. Definitely recommend this to anyone doing a few nights. We were greeted with an amazing fruit punch and smiles around the lobby. Tip: they don't have an elevator!
The worst smelly dump I seen in all the countries I been in and the smell of the room is engraved in my memory. Shame on whoever in charge of running that place. Dumb. Dump and Dump. I believe that the solo male guest in where a couple would not accept. I just want to understand how they keep their license. I am working on erasing that dump from my memory and to do what it takes save others from that experience.
The room is so old it does not look like a hotel. The air conditioner is loud and there were no elevators, very inconvenient since most people who travel have pieces of luggage. The location was great, 30 seconds walk to Patong Beach. The food are expensive and I would say below average, I found hair in food and even an average restaurant food taste better. Overall it was Ok.
Good place best service room perfect very clean and nice i like so much great place to enjoy patong, right on the center and close to movida and bangla road, also goos restaurant of the hotel and also desk to excursion
I really donno why i booked there from the first ! Simply, there is no iron, no trash can and no cleanliness !! Internet is bad, ac is noisy I know i just payed around 50$ but i could find something better than this I just gave 2 stars for 2 things: 1. The perfect location 2. The customer service Will not try it again
I've stayed here several times in the last few years. Unlike other hotels I've stayed at, I was not offered an upgrade! Many changes going on and noisy with all the construction. Rooftop pool was closed from February 28 to March 3, we arrived on February 27, and left on March 5,2017. This scale of renovations is a renovation the hotel is aware of well in advance and should of been posted on their website, so that we can have made educated decision on wether to stay there or not, since there are many other hotel choices. We were also informed that the power would be shut off for a whole day (8:00 am - 17:00pm) on March 3. We also asked for a kettle for our room, which to me is a basic necessity, and we were told absolutely no! That it was not included in our room price, are you kidding me! Our breakfast was included in our room price. Limited choices with no Thai dishes available, except for congee, oh wait that's a Chinese dish! Would of liked to support the hotel at their restaurant, but why would I want to pay $10+, for pad thai! Everything on the menu was overpriced, and again so many other choices within walking distance and just as good if not better. Tried to arrange transfer to airport, and they wanted to charge $20 more than the booth 10 steps away. Why would you want to gouge the patrons that are staying at your hotel?
First time to travel alone a bit nervous, I Stayed for 2 nights, the staff were all friendly! And very helpful with the directions and where to go around the area, it was a bit tiring since it felt Ive been traveling for the whole day from Macau to Bangkok to Phuket then to Patong Beach. (I advise the travelers to not do connecting flight if there's a direct flight) Hotel is ok-ish, old building but not too bad since I didn't go there for a "staycation". Hotel location is perfect for everything. Restaurant is nice and their food is good!!!! Ordered fresh crab (cooked in pepper sauce), & tom yum!:) Fresh seafood, perfect Menu! everything is good value for money you spend. Good massage, good food!:) perfect holiday! I will definitely go back to Thailand! Will consider to choose the same hotel I stayed:)
WE stayed here for four nights. All facilities are good. rooms are well cleaned and specious. Good hotel which requires well manner Man staff at front disk which this hotel require most. A male staff was very rude at the time of check out.
Great location, excellent breakfast, right in front of Patong Beach. Bangla Road is 5 mins walk. Lots of quality and cheap Restaurant nearby. Convenient stores everywhere!! Staff is accomodating and helpful. Been to Patong 4x now, i will definitely recommend this to family and friends! And yes, i will come back here!!! Thank you!!
