Liked... - Friendliness of staff who were very helpful throughout the stay - Location of the hotel that is just 5 minutes walking distance to Kata Beach - Spacious balcony - 3 Swimming pools Bummer... - Peach Hill Hotel is older than Peach Blossom and its condition badly need upgrading - Water pressure was low and hot water not working properly - Airconditioning was also faulty
I went to Phuket for the first time and I have preferred this resort because it is very near to the Kata Beach, it has 3 swimming pools, its abit quite, its room are very big in size and the service of the resort is excellent. The resort is good those who prefer quite place
This hotel was expected to be one of our best. From the moment you get there the staff is not nice with you. The treatment is not appropriate. The room got never cleaned. They only make the bed, using the same dirty linen. During our last day we didn't have any toilet paper. I complained calling to the lobby (it is unacceptable) but nothing happened, no one came with this basic. We ended up buying our own.
To be honest this review is one of my hardest review in trip advisor. If there was something more than 3 stars but less than 4 i would give it to peach hill hotel. The hotel is really complicated! It took place from down the hill to the up of it surrounded with hotels and trees, i think the hotel has 3 or 4 buildings (not sure) Advantages: 1. The hotel view is nice weather the beach view or the pool view 2. Where ever you look you find green trees 3. Price is good comparing by same level hotels 4. The room is clean 5. Service is perfect and they are flexible 6. Breakfast is very good Disadvantages: 1. If you take a deluxe ora villa u will be up of the hill, so if you wanna go to the beach or to the market its hard to go by walking specially if you are an old man or woman unless you go by the shuttle bus from the hotel which is free (every 45 mins) 2. There is mosquitos all over the hotel because of the hotel location which is surrounded by jungle trees 3. The internet is not that strong all the time because each area of the hotel has a different internet access so you have to change it manually (for 1 floor there are about 5 internet areas) 4. There is no water hose (shattafa) in the toilets, it maybe something not important for united states citizens or Europe ppl, but for Arabs and Muslims it does matter 5. The hotel is old little bit (tv and furniture) The hotel is good for families or couples, and you can stay more than a week if you are okay with the above points I hope i covered all points and were helpful to you For me I will not come back to the same hotel
I arrived at the Peach Hill hotel on 21 November 2016. Check in was difficult because many russian customers arrived in the same time. An attempt was made to accommodate me with an another guest in the same room. In the end I got a room 2012 above the restaurant. I stayed for two weeks. The noise disrupted. The hotel is located on top of a hill. The road to hotel is steep. There is a shortcut down to town. Stairs approximatelly 80 steps. There is a free transport down to the beach several times during the day. The hotel consists of many buildings and at least three swimming pools with pool bars. The room was average and clean. Balcony, hot shower, air conditioning, television, safety deposit box, minibar. Jungle view. Buffet breakfast was exactly same every morning. I will not choose this hotel again because of it's hill top location.
We spent a week at this nice hotel in february-march 2017. It is located on a ahill between Kata and Karon beaches, witch means that it is easy to go to both beaches. Yes, there is some climbing to do, but there is a golfcart service at Peach Blossom hotel, that also the guests of Peach Hill can use, so if you dont want to walk the ehole way you can "take a taxi". We had a deluxe room with a spectacular seaview on the fourth floor of building B. Lots of satirs, so you have to be in a fair condition to get around the hotel, but if that is no broblem the hotel and its location is very good. At breakfast there was enough to eat for every mouth. Bacon, omelets, fired eggs, yoghurt, fruit, thaifood etc etc. We found it to be a good selection of different items. Never left the breakfast hungry or unhappy :). The staff of this hotel was very frindly nad most helpfull. Nothing but good experience about thetir work and attitude. Always a friendly smile. Clening of our room was very good, changing of towels etc worked nicely. If you are not affraid of climbing up a hill or stairs, this is more than a good choise for your stay at Phuket . We are very satisfied with this hotel, its facilities and naturally with our room, with the nicest view over Andaman sea! We recomend this hotel with good grades!!
Stayed at this hotel for 18 nights and we liked the hotel very much. Very good breakfast and very friendly and attentive staff at the breakfast restaurant. Large rooms and we had a great view of the whole Kata beach from our balcony.
The hotel has an excellent location, a lush garden, lovely pools, clean swimming pools and offers good breakfast. If you are wondering where to go, stop hesitating. Phuket is a great destination. Warm, transparent, flat ocean, pristine beaches, delicious Thai food, low prices, friendly people. What more could one want! We went on a boat trip with Wahoo company and enjoyed a fantastic day. We even caught some tuna fish and the lunch served on board was fantastic. P.S. You must try the local mixed juice, however be careful where.
Nice resort to stay, will come back soon. Lovely staff, nearby good restaurants and a lot of fun within a few minutes walk ;) Also multiple pools to enjoy wat is also great. Breakfast also good with a lot of variety every day! Fresh backen eggs on the go!
Possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Booked a room with King bed, came with two singles. 2 days later and promises of a king bed and nothing. No hot water. Mould in bathrooms. Very run down hotel with poor service. No more than 2.5 stars.
