upon arival to the resort we were well taken care of by the reception team and the porter quickly took us to our room and showed us around. VERY NICE Went down for dinner in the Peach Blossom building wouldnt recommend it on a sunday night due to the bbq thing they have going on, a long wait for something pretty average and seemed quite disorganised. The rest of the hotel facilities though were fantastic, Peach Blossom restaurants on other days was fantastic however bar service a little slow but after 14 days in Thailand elsewhere we were used to Thai time. Pool bar was fantastic and so was the massage by the pool. Area for improvement would be the water pressure in the room but apart from that was our most favourite hotel in Phuket.

We had a 2 week holiday in Peach Hill resort and are happy with our choice of hotel. As previously noted the location is on top of a hill, but a golf cart takes you on top (runs by a schedule so sometimes you'd have to wait for some time). Rooms are spacious, air condition and wifi worked properly for the entire time. Cleaning was good and hotel staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet is ok yet there is minimum variety especially in bread/cheese/cold cuts which for us as northern europeans was a bit of a disappointment. There is however a chef who prepares an omelette for example as you wish. Pool areas are nice yet crowded and at 10 am most sunbeds are taken, also some guests may keep their beds for the whole day by replacing towels on them and then spend time outside the pool area, which is quite annoying. Pros to the pool area are the well-working pool service (drinks, food) and a place you can have a 1 hr thai massage for 400 baht, really recommend that! Kata centre is about 150m down to this steep hill, and there you can find a variety of restaurants and bars. Hotel is located within walking distance to both Kata and Karon beaches. All in all, we were happy with this hotel, only con is the quite vertical way back to the hotel, so quick visits to a minimarket aren't that quick. The location also reduced our lunch options as we didn't want to go back and forth in the 35'C heat and mostly had lunch in the hotel restaurant, which is however quite good and has many options for a bite.

Upon arrival we were offered such a terrible room. to change the number refuse, although the hotel is huge. apparently the hotel does not value its reputation. but I really hope that the hotel staff and management will spend their holidays in the same terrible rooms. awful hotel, which takea lot of money- offers such a kind of view from the window. say your money, nerves and vacations. I do not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. Nobody.

Very good and fresh hotel with many pool areas. It's located high up on Laem Sai valley so you should have a good conditon walking up when no taxi or tuk tuk is nearby :) The service was good and the food also! I loved their fried rice with chicken.

Before booking I researched this one a great deal as the price was quite good for Phuket's peak travel time. There were a bunch of questions I had that were hard to find answers to online as he reviews varied greatly. There are three main types of rooms. We booked Superior but got a free upgrade to Villa Jacuzzi. To note about this hotel, the room you choose varries beyond just the room. The hotel has three distinct spots as this resort is on a hill: White Peach (Superior Rooms): This should be your choice if mobility is an issues. This is the lowest point of the resort and you can avoid stairs if you stay here. This part of the resort is the newest and most modern. It has a chic modern feel. It has it's own lobby, activity desk, restaurant,and pool. The rooms are still in good condition for the most part. All very accessible and close to level to Kata beach. It is right on the main road between Kata and Karon beaches. The issue with these rooms is the noise form the street. So,if you do book a Superior room, the best rooms end in 01, 03, 05, and 07. In that order. Odd numbers face pool and resort side, even numbers face a dark empty alley and another building. The smaller numbers are further away from the street and closet to the pool. It is a four storey building so 401 would be the best. Bungalows (Villa Jacuzzi): In between the White Peach and Peach Hill buildings is about 4 storeys worth of stairs. Also in between as you go up these stairs is the bungalows that contain two villa Jacuzzi suites per bungalow. The lowest bungalow is 1 storey above White Peach. Our room was about 2 storeys of stairs above White Peach ground level. No elevator. If you have issues with stairs, do not book these. These are the nicest rooms. Very private and because the resort has much lush flora, it has a cool tropical feel. But the stairs are not just normal stairs, they are steep at times and sometimes contain risers above 9" (250mm). The only other issue with these rooms are mosquitoes. It is located right in the lush vegetation, so be careful leaving the doors open or the slider to the jacuzzi. We think most mosquitoes got in during cleaning of the rooms. My wife got bit a few times, I was fine. The room has a lot of space,but it is starting to show signs of aging. In human years,maybe 35 years old. Some wrinkles forming, gray hairs here and there. Peach Hill (Deluxe): These rooms were the first built in the resort so some rooms are outdated. I never saw a room, but some reviews indicate recent renovations,some say it is very outdated. These rooms are in 3 buildings and are accessed best from Soi Lam Sai. Each building is accessible on its own. From any building there is a pool and restaurant accessible for those who have issues physically with stairs. however, the buildings are on the top of a steep hill so getting to the beach would require a good physical shape or take their free transport to Kata Beach. The lowest building is 4 storeys above White Peaches ground floor, this is the furthest south building. The Mango pool, Fitness room, and a restaurant is at this level. The Sanit Spa is one floor down the path connecting White Peach and Peach Hill. The next buildings north are connected with the Chabu Pool and their own restaurant. This is another 2 storeys above the south building There is one building facing the street and another opposite the Chabu Pool. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special but no complaints. We are in great physical condition so we loved the location. Between Kata and Karon beaches. The pools are great. They all have a swim up bar. White Peach is basic and square. The Mango pool had a more adult feel. The Chabu pool had a more family friendly feel. The grounds were great, very lush,much variety in plants and trees. Everything is connected so you can enjoy all three restaurants and pools, but there is about 6 storeys of stairs from the top pool to the bottom pool. Housekeeping was great, no issues. You need to know that they will not change your sheets unless you put a sign they provide on the bed. You really need to know the differences between the rooms to make sure you get what you want. We did, so we were happy. The mosquitoes were the only issue, enough to drop it to a 4.5 stars for us. Rounded up to 5.

Perfect time in this hotel staff very friendly food amezing !!!! I recommend this hotel for all my friends. Nice three pool. Kids room for play. Easy way to go for beach . 100 % got back for my holiday!!!!!

We travelled as a small group of friends in the middle of November to the hotel. Having just left Koh Samui with the best and most relaxing moments, we arrived in Phuket and Peach Hill hotel to face the chaos. First of all, despite the fact that we had booked to Peach Hill hotel, we were shown to a terrible room at White Peach hotel next door. The room had just 2 beds, although we made a reservation for 3, and the reception team just sent us a single bed which was full of dirt and dust. I face serious allergies with dust and from the first moment I entered this room I started itching. There was dust everywhere, next to our beds, in the bathroom and also the windows and bathroom equipment were full of rust. It was absolutely disgusting!We went immediately to the reception to ask for another room and hopefully the hardly English speaking staff understood us and after a while we were transferred to a new room. This room was located in Peach Blossom and it was very nice and spacious compared to the terrible first one. We thought our nightmare was over, but it all went worse when we were about to check out, in the 4th day of our staying to return to Bangkok. The reception staff informed us that they would charge us for a dirty towel;this made me really curious so I asked them what they mean by dirty towel. So, they brought us a towel which was slightly dirty from makeup, which had not been washed so apparently it remained dirty. We found this policy completely ridiculous and out of this world, it just need common sense to understand that a dirty towel will remain dirty forever unless you just wash it or clean it!!I really wonder what the housekeeping team does in this hotel! The problem with the staff was not only that they did not speak fluently English, we did not mind about that, but most of them were so rude!It was the only place in Thailand we found rude people and it is such a pity. Also the photos published on travel sites about this hotel do not reflect the real image of the rooms and the hotel grounds, so potential guests are misled to book a nice hotel for their relaxing holidays, to find an average hotel with the most disgusting cleanliness and staff behaviour. All in all, having travelled in many countries and hotels all over the world, I believe that this hotel was far the worst hotel I have ever been to and would have totally worth the 0 stars.

정말 어지간해서는 리뷰 안쓰는데 진짜 이것들은 가만 둘 수가 없다. 호텔 자체는 가격대비 우수하다는 것을 미리 말하고 싶다. 그러나 푸켓 내 다수의 중저가 호텔 직원들이 그러하듯 4가지가 바가지이다. 체크인 때부터 데스크에 앉아 있던 3명 중 단 한명도 인사 조차 안하고 차에서 짐도 데스크까지 우리가 직접 옮겼다. 인사는 내가 먼저 밝게 인사했더니 마지못해 헬로.. 하더라. 이후 3일간 유심히 로비를 지켜보고 왔다갔다 하면서 얘네가 고의적이라고 판단하였기에 리뷰를 남긴다. 1. I did c.i on 16th of November. 2. There was 3 ladies in the reciption. 3.Nobody said hello to us. nobody helped bring my heavy luggages to the desk. 4. So I said hello to them first in happy. Because i really expected that this hotel will be good!! (I have visited Aspasia/Novotel/Beyond karon nearby this peach hill resort) 5. But it was definetly....썩!! 6. The drain was clogged up. At the balcony the taxi drivers can look up me and my sister. we could not open the curtains. next room was for Maid ladies they made noisy also came to the room without knock. 7. we asked for a change of room 8. The staff with cold face replied "ask again tomorrow" (still no hello but BIG hello to behind of me White couples) 9. 17th morning at the breakfast restaurant no one say hello again. Only Chef welcomed us. that was the first Sawadee khap in this hotel. 10. asked staff to get a match box (many hotel has their match box and I collect them for hobby) still no hello but only show me a stiff face when I walked to them. 11. I felt tired for them they looked me like a invisible ghost or beggar. 12. On 18th no answer for changing of room (I think that if they can or can not they must let me know) 13. Luckily I met FO manager she was really helpful and has good manner. Despite my poor English she liesten carefully and apologized about staffs' wrong attitude to me 14. And now. I want to tell you reading my review WOW. 15. the rude staff who I remember her name also face still never say hello but ..... wowow... How friendly to only White people? 16. I asked her to write her name and position but her colleague gave a excuse that she is new in here so can not say hello!!! what??? 17. what a funny trainning of staffs. 18. Ms Fang continued cut my talking she didnt understand what happen during 3days. just cut cut cut!! 19. they gave an excuse again and again "That was not same ladies" but they are same. it is ovious. 20. the staff who.work at the lobby they really have racism in their mind. they are cowardly too. 21. I visited over 10 hotels in Phuket during 4yrs, over 20 hotels in the world but never experience like this time!! 22. Ms Fang asked me What can you do with her name. Yes. Maybe she right. I can not do anything to her. But I will try to anything to report her wrong manner. How rude they are!!

Lovely resort situated at the top end of town. 3 pools all with swim up bars. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Special mention goes out to Arm at the white peach pool bar who is a genuine fella who takes pride in looking after the guests.
