The hotel locate about a block from the beach. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The garden room had mosquitoes. The Internet does not work The hotel would not call taxi for the airport. The overall ambiance and facilities were excellent.

Able to get where you want to go very quickly. The breakfast is definitely worth paying a little more for. And the pools are very nice.

One corner touches Bangla Road, the wild party road of phucket, the other corner touches local street food, shops and their main mall. And one edge leads out to the beach. Really great location. The breakfast is good for the price.

A clean, roomy hotel right in the middle of Patong and walking distance of beach, markets and the roaring nightlife district of Bangla Road. (If you're looking for a beach hammock paradise, Patong is not the place!) Mosquitoes were a problem in reception and internet areas but not in my room which was ground floor with a direct view of the car park and main hotel entrance so my curtains had to be drawn most of the time. The staff were very helpful, spoke good english and very patient trying to help me with simple Thai phrases, none of which I mastered.

This recent Phuket trip was jarring compared to ones in 2002 and 1995...the place had really grown, and not in such a great way. Really crowded everywhere, transport still very dysfunctional, and with traffic problems as well! Patong Resort basically "saved" the trip, as it was in a great location (convenient to Bangla Rd. and the beach), and was generally an oasis of calm. Other places were either on small lots too close to busy streets, or were too far from the beach.

Great stay. The location was perfect and close to everything. The staff was very professional. The only downfall to this place is no wifi and expensive internet packages. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.

The hotel is impressive in appearance, the breakfast offers a very good selection, the staff are especially friendly and helpful, and it is located within a short walk to the beach and only a few "blocks" from a major shopping mall that has a Robinson's and a large supermarket with everything from fresh fruit to utility items. The rooms are large and very clean and it offers a very relaxing visit. We were there for 13 nights, our second visit to Phuket, and would use the same hotel if we return!

The room I got was standard and was not good. The view was supposed to be "garden view" but was on the 2nd floor and was looking at some cars parked and you could hear everyone passing. So I asked for an upgrade and paid 1000 Baht for each night to upgrade to a deluxe room which was much better. I did not have to pay for the safe in the new room and the amenities and decor were better but I still had to pay for the internet. Check in was eventful not due to the friendly staff but due to the gentleman that was on shift and definitely needs to watch his customer approach. His answer to all (without even looking at me EVER) was that I need to pay first

Friendly greeting by staff on arrival. My friend lost mobile phone in taxi - staff was helping in achieving successful return! Great central location - two blocks from beach, bars and restaurants, shopping. Good Security for hotel access. Pools are very nice. Room was comfortable. Only downside was that my room had no view, but I didn't spend much daytime hours in there. Some rooms have better views, but had twin beds instead of king. May have to balance view versus bed space. Mix of old, young, families, singles at hotel. Didn't hear any complaints.

Everything about the hotel was great with one exception, no internet in the room.

considering that we really did not do the research but accepted this hotel on faith, we did get what we deserved!!! i can't say anything good so i will therefore not say anything!

the hotel was the perfect distance from Patong beach, shopping locations including the mall and bangla road bars. Good breakfast, good room service; cheerful, polite ,and understandable staff who was always willing to accommodate pretty much any request. Good place to stay for first trip to Phuket!

Big rooms, godd service and excellent location for the price.
