Hard to rate this hotel very favourably or unfavourably so here's the facts as I see them. We were in building number 2 of 4. Room was cheap, spacious, clean with a newly refurbished bathroom that had a huge and excellent walk in shower. But, you can't sit out on the half balcony, the beds are uncomfortable (cheap mattresses), tv reception is awful as is wifi. There is a lovely pool on the roof. Unfortunately there were only 4 sunbeds and no parasols which means if you are lucky enough to get one of the beds you are going to fry like an egg up there. Despite having a bar area, it seemed to be unmanned so it's a fetch to get a beverage of any description. Location is okay. It's a 20/30 minute walk to jungceylon and bangla street or head in the opposite direction for a 10 minute walk to hard rock cafe and beach. We were there for 2 weeks and I think that was the issue. It's not really a relaxing break hotel but it's a perfectly adequate crash pad for a few nights stay as a part of a trip.

A type of 4 star hotel that requires you to deposit 2000 baht before you will be checked in. When in terms about their service, the receptionist lady who served us on our first day is extremely rude. However, there's one receptionist man (wearing braces) is very good. Kudos to this man who assisted us when we waited for almost an hour for our driver. He himself called the driver to follow up. Wifi signal is worst. Cannot even connect to their wifi. Lucky we bought a data sim when we arrived at the airport. The breakfast is always the same menu. I find it boring. Location wise is excellent. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The hotel is just 3 mins walk from their market where you can dine and taste Thai's delectable dishes. Furthermore, you can also buy souvenirs from their souvenir shops at low price.

The interaction with the reception was not satisfactory. In my opinion they should be more welcoming. The rooms were quite good. But it wasn't like wow experience. They serve good breakfast. Overall experience was average.

This is located nearly 42 kms from the airport. Room is good, precisely not better. If you would like to have more options in Indian food and would like to opt for breakfast with room, then this one needs to be looked upon. They give plentiful options for Indian food. Very difficult to communicate with the front office staffs, they just know a few basic English words. Grammar if far away, if you are able to communicate your thought at single attempt , then it's a big achievement. If you want the staffs to pick up your luggage at early morning for checkout, then probably you will have to wait for indefinite period. Make sure you take a pen and paper to front desk if you want to communicate any thing to the receptionist.

Worst experience of my life staying in this hotel , staff were so rude basically told to go elsewhere whenever we asked for anything at the reception and when we made a complaint it was basically dismissed on the spot . Rooms were horrible with a very bad smell just like the supposed clean towels we received each day . Also there was unfinished electrical work everywhere in the hotel , I would advise anyone thinking of staying here to avoid doing so at all costs !

I arrived for an early check in and was immediately upgraded to a better room as my original room was not ready. Staff were great...friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice gym in the adjoining building and large pool on roof. No real view from roof but location is ok with shops, restaurants, night market, etc. nearby but it is a longer walk to the beach and to the main nightlife area...plenty of alternatives nearby, though. Scooter hire, taxis and tuktuks available nearby. Wifi was good. Did not use the restaurant so cannot comment on that.

Worst experience with the staff not at all professional. The lady receptionist was very rude and ill mannered . I stayed there with a group of 25 people (family with children 10 rooms). On the day of check-in staff asked the receptionist for number of welcome drink to bring but she told no need to give welcome drinks to this people and I was just stand right in front of her. On the next day some towels were missing from one room and one room had very bad smell. On complaining about it the same lady receptionist told me that not her problem and if anything need to fixed and changed her decision. She didn't provide towels and also some rooms had dirty towels they didn't changed them with fresh towels even after numerous requests. She told you get no service nothing now clear the reception and go away. Worst stay ever in Thailand.

i visited this hotel in September 2017 ,the rates of hotel is reasonable and you get services according to that ,rooms are ok you can,t get 5 star services at the payment of 3 star .they don,t provide you much towels ,reception staff is less friendly ,you have to eat same things at the breakfast ,this hotel has 2-3 separate buildings and you can find cheap things at the market nearby named malin plaza and you can find Indian food at the nearby Tajmahal restaurant ,patong beach is also nearby

Hi I visited this hotel in month of October. The rooms are clean but have to request for the room service even. They don't even clean your rooms daily. And give a reason it was on a don't disturb mode. The front staff is too rude as if they doing a favour to us. By helping us. And it's irritating to have this kind of service. When you call on reception they just hang up with even listening to your concern..wifi is so pathetic that it doesn't even sync your mail. Breakfast is repeated every day with a change of some kind. Over all hotel is clean will recommend only if you don't need any room service.

Beach is a bit far from hotel. We did not have time to visit the beach as we were tired the day we arrived Phuket. Rooms are big enough for a family of two with a kid. Clean rooms with spotless linens... Room facilities include 2 bottles of 500 ml.mineral water per day per room, electric kettle with tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets, electronic safe, toiletries etc. Smoking allowed in room attached verandah. Buffet breakfast is good with a live kitchen. More or less good options.Cant comment on room service as we did not avail the same.Overall a good hotel to stay in Phuket. View from rooms is nothing remarkable.
