Location: good location to walk to the patong beach and bangla road etc Very busy noisy road outside Room: our first room (411) was facing the main road was horrendous could not sleep atall the first night so asked to move rooms and they upgraded me to one facing the back of hotel (727) which noise was gone. Wouldnt say rooms are like luxurious but good for the money Staff: all staff our lovely! Very nice and friendly. The man who stands and greets you at the door is very nice.
