Awesome location, beach is right there, WiFi was non existent in the room. Pool was nice and room was nice as well. Bed was pretty bad though.

Every morning we had to get our hot water turned on, it was only hot for 2 quick showers. The breakfast was cold every morning, fried eggs, little sausages and ham, the pool didn't get cleaned once for the 8 days. Never again staying here.

Rundown hotel. Low internet. TV didn’t even work. Mold in the bathroom and when you take a shower the water doesn’t drain, so you’re in this disgusting water. The beds were terrible and we weren’t even sure the sheets were properly cleaned. There’s nothing good about this place!

Najgorszy hotel jaki do tej pory odwiedzilem. Hotel piękny, na zdjeciach. 4* to chyba na niebie. Jak dla mnie max 2*. Na plus, nie stwierdzilem robactwa, ladny wystroj recepcji. Obsluga nieprzyjemna choc ze sztucznym usmiechem. Pokoj brudny, wszedzie pelno dlugich czarnych wlosow, klejaca sie podloga, w pokoju smierdzialo. Pierwsze co kluje w oczy to cennik wszystkiego co znajduje sie w pokoju. Niby ze mozna kupic, (np lodowke albo pilota do tv). Jak dla mnie to info ile zaplacisz jak cos zginie albo uszkodzisz. Na dzien dobry nie dzialal sejf i braklo pilota do tv. Zglosilem - pilota dostalem na drugi dzien wieczorem, sejfu nie naprawili. - Sniadania, najbardziej smakowala mi surowa cebula. Wszystko zimne, smazone jajka, bekon, jakas mortadela, udało sie zalapac na wzglednie ciepły chleb smazony w jajku, ale tylko dlatego, ze akurat go przyniesli. - Wi-Fi czasem dzialalo. - Basen, raczej sadzawka 1,5 metra na 4m. - Goscie hotelowi... slowianie, znaczy "ruscy". Z gory z dolu z boku wszedzie ta sama nacja. Nie mam nic przeciwko dopoki nie dra japy i strzelaja petardami o polnocy. - Lazienka, woda tylko zimna, przez pol dnia wogole nie bylo. Pozne Lata 80te. - Pokoj stylizowany na japonski ale drzwi do lazienki to saloon na dzikim zachodzie. Zadnych szafek na ubrania. - Brak mini baru. Wytrzymalismy 2 dni. Checkout zajal z 10min bo pani z recepcji dzwonila do sprzataczki zeby sprawdzila czy nic nie ukradlismy. Gdy oddzwonila, dostalismy zielone swiatlo do wyjscia

Beautifully immaculate and close to the beach.

Lap Roi Karon was an amazing experience. I just wish it was for more than 1 day! Complimentary towel service before the room was ready meant we could head to the beach while we waited! Beautiful comfortable room, steps from the beach. Nice lap pool and shower facility. Great service! They even sent a bikini we left behind to our next hotel free of charge!

Beautiful hotel

Very friendly staff, greated us with drinks with pretty flowers in them. Staff let us keep our belonging in their office so we could go explore before we could check in due to timing. Also let us rent out towels to go to the beach also before we checked in.

Nous sommes arrivés et l'établissement était délabré. Dans notre chambre, il y avait des punaises de lit. La piscine ne ressemble pas aux photos, rien ne ressemble aux photos. L'hôtel affiche un 4 etoiles et je me demande si cela mérite 2 étoiles. 30 minutes après notre arrivé, nous nous sommes rendu dans un autre hôtel. Ne vous fiez pas au "Beachfront", cet hôtel est caché derrière des boutiques et nous devions payer pour avoir accès aux sièges sur la plage et aux douches de pieds. Bien entendu, nous n'avons pas pu avoir de rembourssement au départ. Je vous épargnes les détails secondaires comme les longs cheveux noirs qui traînent un peu partout, la poussière au dessus de nos têtes de lit, la plage d'une piètre qualité, etc., etc., etc..Avant notre départ, nous avons essayé gentillement de faire venir une femme de chambre afin qu'elle constate l'ampleur de la situation, mais apres n'avoir rien fait du tout, elle a levé le ton envers mon frère et moi. Notez que nous ne sommes pas des voyageurs frustrés, bien au contraire et qu'il serait sage de votre part de ne pas reserver à cet hôtel. Bon voyage à vous, dans un autre établissement.

Bra läge.

Skulle finnas wifi i alla rum, fungerade inte under hela tiden jag var där. Fanns bara internet i receptionen. Hissen fungerade inte under min vistelse. Städningen var dålig, smutsigt när jag flyttade in. Personalen brydde sig inte om klagomålen om städning m.m.

Bra läge på Karon beach. Nära till Bad, restauranger och shopping. Rummet stank av klor när vi kom, dagen efter stank det av mögel. Mjuka sängar. Balkongen låg 50cm ifrån en tennisbana. 07.00 satte spelet igång. Balkongen inklädd i inplastad metallstängsel från tennisbanan, utsikt grönt plastskynke. Frukosten, mycket urplockat och trögt med påfyllning, inte fräsch. En liten trevlig pool som var ren och fin. Personalen var vänlig. Wi-Fi godkänt. Ett av de sämsta hotellrum vi bott på. Undvik.

第一次入住这家酒店，地点就在卡伦市区，离卡伦海边只需5分钟的路程就可到达。酒店外面就有很多餐馆选择，很方便。房间很大，有阳台，冷气空调很冷。酒店装潢也很优雅。有机会再来的话，还是会选择这家酒店。

Hôtel bien situé, vérifier propreté salle de bain.

Belle chambre bien situé près de la plage de Karon. Beau mobilier et excellent accueil. Cependant, les verres d'eau et les tasses étaient très sales et le drain de douche partiellement obstrué. L'hôtel est très beau et facile d'accès.

Rent og komfortabelt hotel

Dejligt hotel og meget centralt beliggende på Karon Beach. Sengene var fine og ikke for hårde. Dejligt størrelse værelse ogmorgenmaden var fin. Poolen er ret lille men super dejlig. Der var aldrig fyldt, så man kunne altid få plads der. Vi fik late check-out til kl. 13 uden beregning og personalet var MEGET behjælpelig med hvad vi nu havde af spørgsmål.
