This hotel while inexpensive is also very bare. It has a lot of potential if some of the basics of an extended stay were provided as a courtesy such as dishes or even more than bare basic wi-fi. Upon checking in, I was handed a packet of rules and house keeping only provides services once every 2 weeks and there is a charge for linen exchange. I feel like this is more of an apartment complex than a hotel. I wish that was the worst part but unfortunately it wasn't. A few days after my stay I noticed roaches of various ages in my room. I would like to say I was surprised but there was food crushed into the carpet in the hallway that was there for 3 days. I checked out early as I didn't want to risk any roaches getting into my luggage and bringing them home. I might have been able to recommend this place for someone looking for an inexpensive place to stay but under no circumstances can I recommend this seeing roaches in my room.

Stayed for a week for work and its pretty cheap if your looking for a nice place to stay, place was pretty clean and the reception helps you pretty fast had no one bother me at all i really recommended the place.

Front desk person...forgot her name... was incredible. Apparently thanks to Hotels.com, she was overbooked by 15. But she was very nice and allowed me to check in. Thank you so much for that. The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were too soft and the fitted sheet kept coming off and i kept ending up on the mattress pad. Plus the bathroom light never shut off. The button didn't work. Ended up leaving at 1130pm due to the discomfort.

There was no soap, toilet paper, no staff to find or answer the phone to get toilet paper. No water in the vending machine. Dirty, I had to wipe the toilet with a towel to get the urine off it and then couldn’t find staff to replace the towel so couldn’t shower. I will never stay in a wood bridge again
