This newly furnished 7 bed 6 bath home is full of amenities you can't find elsewhere. After entering the grand entrance, you'll find a 16ft dining table that accommodates up to 18 guests to dine together.

You'll find modern furniture throughout the interior of the home and an oversized loft with a sport bar.

Each of the two Master King Suites, one of which is downstairs, has a desk and seating area for you to unwind, catch up on work or watch TV in private. Each of the remaining 5 bedrooms, without exception, has a queen size bed w/pillow top mattress, ample closet space, and a smart TV with access to premium channels including HBO and Showtime.
We pride ourselves in offering a luxury family friendly vacation with the perfect activity to accommodate every guest. Experience your favorite film or watch the game in our custom movie theatre which offers a 100'' projector screen, 12 custom movie theatre seats and fresh popcorn from our theatre style popcorn machine. Done with your movie? Just walk right over to our 500 square foot. game room that's fully equipped with Arcade Machine, a pool table, ping pong table, LED smart TV and a fridge to keep your drinks cool without running back and forth to the kitchen.

No vacation in AZ would be complete without a backyard oasis. Lounge by the pool or under the spacious cabanas OR join your family & friends while they play life-size Jenga, life-size Chess, bean bag toss .

This home is located in the prestigious Estate Groves community in Mesa, AZ and is finally equipped and ready for rentals as of October 2017! Nearby shopping, dining and freeway access makes this home strategically located to reach the East Valley cities. With the CUBS stadium less than 20min away, the Hope St Retreat is a great candidate for you to stay during your Spring Training visit.

Please Note:
During Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year there is a minimum 7 day rental @ $4,900 per week. Please inquire with questions and special rates for extended stays during these periods.

Our host was very accommodating. He responded quickly to a couple of issues that were handled right away. The amenities in this house are many, but what our group of 12 enjoyed most was the large, fully equipped kitchen, the dining table that seats 16, the theater room, the outdoor space with grills, gazebo, chairs a-plenty, the hot tub, and let's not forget the orange trees! The living room has lots of seating and the TV's were simple and easy to operate. A two-car was welcome, and the extra refrigerator there was extremely useful. The bedroom and beds are very comfortable and the showers were clean when we arrived. You may want to bring a few extra face cloths and bath towels with you as we ran short pretty quick into our stay. Our family gets together every year and this is one of the best, if not THE best house we've stayed in. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and not too close to any major road or freeway. The only vehicles you'll hear are the ones coming down your own street! We are already planning another stay at the Hope Street Retreat!

A good value for the money but needs about 3000 of upgrades, the hot tub jets didn't work, main bedroom shower toilet room has no fan. Also that room needs a towel hook of two. Backyard is fun for kids but has no swimming pool fence to protect children so parents must watch kids very carefully . I would upgrade the shampoos and soaps. Orange trees had yummy oranges mid December. Washable chair covers would be a good upgrade for the old cloth dining room chairs. Theatre is nice, kids loved the game room but the machines need tweaking and basketball game said it needs batteries. Toilet paper and paper towels need to be upgraded too please.

One of the bathrooms on the second floor leaked onto the ceiling of a bedroom on the first floor. Plus the washing machine leaked. The host stated he may get a repair person out on friday. There was no repair person and no other communication from the host.

The house was spacious and awesome for a big family. The kids had so much fun in the pool, movie theater, and games. It was clean and the property manager was very accommodating. We had a wallet left behind and he mailed it to us. The rooms were big with plenty of room. We went over Halloween and went trick or treating in the family friendly neighborhood. I would highly recommend for anyone with a big family!

Nice location, nice home

Property was nice. Could use a few repairs but nothing that functionally affected our stay, mostly cosmetic. (Loose towel bars, patio ceiling damage, etc.) The owner was very responsive and accomodating when we called, even when it was our lack of knowledge!Appliances worked well and were clean. It can take a minute or so to get hot water to the kitchen and west bathroom. All was good once we knew this.Plenty of parking - we had several extended family members that live in the area over one evening, got 14 vehicles parked off the street.Pool and hot tub were pleasantOverall, it is a nice place. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great house for a private resort-like stay for friends

We had a group of 14. We loved the pool and outdoor space. The games room and movie room were a fun option. 7 bedrooms gave each couple a private room. The enormous kitchen was perfect for at home meals. The host was very responsive and we had no issues at all.Location is fine as long as you have a car. Mesa is quite sprawling so you need to drive or uber to get anywhere. This was fine for us as we all enjoyed our pool days at the house.Thanks for a great time Hope Street Retreat!

The Hope Street Retreat was everything we hoped it would be. Very clean and comfortable with tons of things to do. Seven of my family, friends and I spent a four day golf trip here and could not be happier. Great property and host.

Reconsider before making reservations

This property was NOT ready for our family who was in town for a wedding. Issues:*Pool was not heated (apparently broke) this was a question before I booked and I was reassured it was heated.* Pool was dirty * Patio furniture destroyed by weather* Yard toys destroyed by weather* 18 people were booked to stay at the house For and entire week. . One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no back ups.* Popcorn machine was filthy with old kernels and oil in it. Door falling off.* Movie theater chairs torn and falling apart.* 12 towels in the entire house* No extra blankets or pillows for pullout beds.* Bed descriptions do not match what is in listing.* Light fixture in master bath downstairs falling from the ceiling * Pictures missing from walls but nails still visible* Kitchen is not stocked with supplies to cook for large families. The cheapest small appliances and supplies are left in there. 99 cent store items would be an upgrade. This may sound crazy but when you are trying to host and cook for that many people having supplies is important. The owner did attempt to order some of the missing essentials which arrived from Amazon in boxes during our stay. He did have a lady try to fix the pool but that never happened. I feel the owner was trying to accommodate but all of these issues really impacted our stay. This is such a beautiful house that has just not been taken care of.

A great time was had by all

My family and I had the best week ever at the Hope Street Retreat. The property and furnishings were just as pictured. Between the home movie theater, game room, and pool we had a blast. Didn’t want to leave. We are a family of 16 and this is the first rental property that had everything we needed to cook and enough dishes and glasses for all of us. Even the beds are comfortable. Many rentals have terrible mattresses, but not here. Great place for a large family or group.
