Stains on the sheets, super noisy rooms, bugs in the bathroom, kinda smelled weird. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again. The front desk girl was nice, though.

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The room was in terrible shape…the carpet torn, some of it had been replaced with carpet that didn’t match. It felt like it could never be clean because everything was so old and worn out. There was an old polyester bedspread and no blankets, lumpy and hard pillows, very hard mattress. The bathroom fan made a screeching noise, the soap felt like plastic…almost no suds. The internet blinked on and off and was very slow even if it was on. The coffee pot was filthy and not useable. This is not even close to being a suite…there wasn’t a refrigerator (and it would likely have been unusable anyway. The whole place smelled. The tv was the smallest one I have seen in 30 years.The front desk staff was not friendly and gave us a room that was already occupied at first. If we hadn’t already paid for the room we would have left. Also a sketchy neighborhood. The reviews we read on Hotels.com must be fake…There is no way anyone could give this place a 10. It was a budget suite motel, but I recommend you sleep in your car before staying here.

Hotel is an old travel lodge which an Indian family bought and did not improve. The room had holes in the furniture, ripped and stained carpet. The bathroom smelled of stale urine. The room next to me was occupied by a woman that “worked in the evenings”, the manager informed me. She had three different men drop by for an hour each. The pool is drained. I had a woman propose a financial transaction for her services at 8pm in the parking lot of the hotel. The hotel is locate in a commercial industrial area. Other guests were long term residents with cars in various state of disrepair two hoods were up and cars being worked on during my stay. I stayed here because I was getting medical treatment at MD Anderson Medical Center an eight minute drive away. I am going back in two days and staying elsewhere with a longer drive. Please be careful if you desire to go for the cheap price like I did.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. They even upgraded our room from a single bed to 2 queen sized beds at no extra cost. Room was clean and spacious. However the wifi was very slow, and the video quality on the TV was suboptimal. Overall a very nice stay.
