Quiet place and nice host

House is located in a gated community, safe and quiet neighborhood. House was well maintained, things were quite clean and host responded to our questions quickly.

This property was described as a "Stunning" 5 Bedroom Home. It was not stunning. It was pathetic. It was dirty, worn out, had almost no interior decor, was messy, had horrible towels and wash cloths, and had dead plants in the backyard. The fronts of the washer and dryer were held on by masking tape. There were no instructions on how to use the home. We had to send a message to the host to get the password for the internet. I have pictures. I have lots of pictures. I would be glad to send them to vrbo. I am a long time renter of high end vrbo properties. This property had a base rate of 550 per night. The total cost was over 800 a night. This house was like a bad joke. We slept in the beds and used the bathrooms for showers in the morning. Otherwise, we spent all our other time away from the house because it was so bad. This house was for my annual Spring Training Trip I do for my family. I was embarrassed that I asked them to stay in such a poor excuse for a vrbo vacation home. I am way beyond disappointed. This house is close to Camelback Ranch, the Spring Training home of the Dodgers. We come all the way from Los Angeles each year to go to Spring Training. Camelback and Spring Training were great. This house was horrible, simply horrible.
