Room was clean lobby was just a little dirty ok but paper thin walls. We were on the second floor. The people in 1st floor complained on us about thumping footsteps and it wasn’t us we weren’t even walking around. There was a roach inside the drawer. They don’t clean or refresh beds. I had to get more towels myself, they don’t bring them up to your room! Will not stay there again!!!

The "Plus" in Red Roof Plus is nothing but a marketing gimmick. Almost identical to regular Red Roof Inns. And to add insult to injury, they deducted a small amount from my room deposit for no reason whatsoever. Unacceptable.

Great customer service. It was my son’s 9th birthday! When the tenant heard she ordered him balloons so that when we came back from our day of adventures, there were balloons for him! The ladies were great we would totally stay there again! My boys all told me they wanted to live there. Lol

During my recent stay at the Red Roof Inn Plus+, we encountered multiple issues. Our key card failed repeatedly, we had to replace it around 15 times. Additionally, the bathtub drain was so slow that the water pooled around our ankles during showers. I wanted to bring this to your attention, as it significantly impacted our stay.

We've stayed here before about a year ago & had no issues but this time there were roaches in the bathroom & the building is in need of upgrades and repair. There was rust on doorframes and the sheetrock was cracked and falling apart around doorframes. It's just grungy now. When I told the front desk about the roaches and how I left their corpses for proof, she laughed and said, "ok, I'll pass it along."
