The photos online are staged. The units were not kept up by any means. The cheapskate things were what stuck out. First unit had zero electricity. Second unit we got the floor was coming up, holes in the walls, the door handle to the bathroom continuously fell off locking us in the bathroom (thankfully it wasn’t a solo trip) the toilet was new with the old yellow toilet seat, curtains falling down off the rods, hair on the bedroom floor that wasn’t ours, also food crumbs on the bedroom floor that also was not ours. I asked for a broom and dust pan 3x never got one. Asked for an additional towel set as there was 2 of us we only had one, we weren’t given towels or our trash even picked up till the day before we departed. When I asked the front desk to have someone come get towels and trash she asked if i wanted to get the premium package for housekeeping. Absolutely not! A basic service would’ve sufficed.
The neighbors all smoke inside their units or right out front your window where it gets sucked in through the vents.
Everyday we returned and the room smelt like a bar.
Never will return would rather have been compensated for some of this. Ridiculous
