Great getaway for a relaxing vacation!

The house was perfect for our family vacation and exactly as advertised. We loved the backyard landscaping and having the pool and hot tub. Very quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend for a family with kids!

Great getaway!

Very happy with our stay! House was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable! The pool and backyard were perfect! We paid to have the pool heated which was awesome and at the perfect temperature. I liked that there was already pool floaties/toys for us to use during our stay. The kids had a blast. Felt very safe in the neighborhood. No complaints and really enjoyed our stay!

Family Time

We all enjoyed our stay in this home! It was spacious, relaxing, and clean! The house gets plenty of sunlight and the pool was relaxing with the waterfall. Pool was nice and heated for $35 a day which got it up to about 78 degrees which was nice during November. Clean house, games and pool toys. Would recommend.

Relaxing and Quiet

The property was perfect for our family of four as we explored the Phoenix area. It gave us all enough room to spread out after some long days of hiking and exploring. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after our longer hikes! The house was clean and communication with Hyosuk was excellent. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to unwind, this is it.

Beautiful house with Great backyard

The house was perfect for our family of 6, plenty of rooms and the bunk beds were loved by our 4 and 6 year olds. Very clean, well stocked with essentials, in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard was awesome, kids spent more time outside than inside. The pool heat was well worth it in January as some cool days still didn’t keep us out of a warm pool. Great family home, hope to be back again.

Awesome vacation rental!!

We travel a lot and have 4 children! This house was awesome! It was very clean, lots of open space, stuff for ALL the kids to play with, ages 2 to 14 in our family, and more than enough room to be far enough away to have some quiet time! The backyard was amazing with the heated pool for this time of year out there, the large grill, the hot tub, putting green that all enjoyed and the fire pit table!! I would also say that over the last several years of traveling and getting vacation home rentals, this property manager, Hyosuk, was amazing at responding to any questions or inquiries and the BEST we have ever dealt with! He literally always responded in minutes!! The property was in a great location to get everywhere we needed to go and it is in the middle of everything for that area if you are looking!

Perfect home/location for getaway to AZ

The property was just perfect for our stay in AZ. My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days as we played in a softball tourney (coming from Iowa). The home was conveniently located and we were able to get anywhere around Phoenix area within 30 minutes and had many good/shopping options. The home was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The cooler evenings allowed us to take advantage of hot tub in the evening after long day of softball and smart tv allowed us to catch up on Hawkeye football while away! If we ever head back down to AZ we would definitely stay here again.
