⤷ Pool temperature is typically set between 75–82°F, depending on outdoor conditions.
• Hot tub heating is included in your stay – no extra charge.

⤷ Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $100/hour fee due to delays in turnover.
• No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. Violations may result in additional charges.

Very happy with our stay! House was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable! The pool and backyard were perfect! We paid to have the pool heated which was awesome and at the perfect temperature. I liked that there was already pool floaties/toys for us to use during our stay. The kids had a blast. Pool was nice and heated for $35 a day which got it up to about 78 degrees which was nice during November. Clean house, games and pool toys. Would recommend.

The property was perfect for our family of four as we explored the Phoenix area. It gave us all enough room to spread out after some long days of hiking and exploring. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after our longer hikes! The house was clean and communication with Hyosuk was excellent. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to unwind, this is it.

Beautiful house with Great backyard

The house was perfect for our family of 6, plenty of rooms and the bunk beds were loved by our 4 and 6 year olds. Very clean, well stocked with essentials, in a quiet neighborhood. The back yard was awesome, kids spent more time outside than inside. The pool heat was well worth it in January as some cool days still didn’t keep us out of a warm pool. Great family home, hope to be back again.
