⤷ Pool temperature is typically set between 75–82°F, depending on outdoor conditions.
• Hot tub heating is included in your stay – no extra charge.

⤷ Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $100/hour fee due to delays in turnover.
• No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed. Violations may result in additional charges.
• A $50 fee (including shipping) applies for any items left behind that are found and returned upon request.

Very happy with our stay! House was clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable! The pool and backyard were perfect! We paid to have the pool heated which was awesome and at the perfect temperature. I liked that there was already pool floaties/toys for us to use during our stay. The kids had a blast. The property was perfect for our family of four as we explored the Phoenix area. It gave us all enough room to spread out after some long days of hiking and exploring. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after our longer hikes! The house was clean and communication with Hyosuk was excellent. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable place to unwind, this is it.
