Let's get Groovy Baby! Welcome to this Mid Century Modern home with its bold and unique design fits any mood for that special weekend or family getaway! This 4 bedroom gram-worthy gem with heated pool is located in South Scottsdale (Old Town) just minutes from great restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, Talking Stick, TopGolf and ASU.
Pool heater available for an additional fee.

The property does have a heated pool if you'd like to heat the pool to 82 degrees it will be an additional cost the options are below.
1. $100 to heat the pool per day
The expense associated with heating the pool for a single day is higher due to the increased consumption of gas required to raise the temperature of the initial substantial water volume.
If this sounds like something your interested in then please let me know at least 24 hours before the day you want the pool heated to allow enough time for the pool to heat to the proper temp.
