Hotel was great! Easy check in/out. Clean and comfortable.

Usually I can give a better rating, because this is/ can be an amazing property but had some glitches, and for the price we paid, I expected things would be super. The first thing I noticed when entering the room was a grease spot on sofa, which they said they would take care but stayed there the whole week we were there. I had to go to desk and get trash bags, for dirty towels and trash which no one collected one day. Bed was not made, which I can live with, but needed clean towels after three days, and had to put the trash somewhere. Just disappointed, I can do these chores at home, did not want to deal with it on vacation. Breakfast was fine if you got there when there was hot food. The weekends brought lots of children running around in their pjs, so you had to be careful when carrying a plate of food, or mug of coffee, which was excellent. For the most part it was good, not great.

1) Close to shopping and restaurants. 2)The staff was very helpful and kind. 3)The room was very comfortable. Wish we had more time to stay.

This hotel was very clean with a fresh smell. I was very pleased with my overall stay.

There's so much within walking distance - restaurants, the mall and other shops nearby. Our main complaint was the lack of storage in the room, such as places to put your clothes. There was only one sink that was in the bathroom. Sometimes there is a need for a sink and faucet outside of the bathroom. These concerns aside, we would certainly consider staying here again.

The staff was so polite and professional. The hotel was super close to shopping and had a nice pool. The free hot breakfast made up for not having a restaurant. You could walk over to the Chandler mall to eat if you wanted. It was easy access to the 101. Also, the housekeeping staff came every day to change out towels and make beds while we were gone. They did a nice job. My only complaint.... The bed closest to the wall had the air blowing right on it so it got pretty darn cold. A microwave would have been nice. We could have gone to the breakfast area though, to use that one. Overall a great stay.

Nice and clean hotel! Very comfortable beds and nice rooms! Love how the rooms are divided.... bedroom and living room with a tv in each room!

Loved the look. The rooms are very classy. Would recommend to every one who is looking to get away...............................

Much better experience this year. Last year we were given a room near the lobby, where music was played over loud speakers 24/7. Could not sleep. Asked them to turn it down and they would not. Reluctantly booked a room this year and requested a room towards the back of the hotel. Much better experience.

Great place to stay. Close to chandler fashion mall and they will take you anywhere within 5 mile radius of the hotel. Lots of restaurants close by.

Great stay, clean rooms, nice staff. need softer pillows.

I loved this Hotel...beds were comfortable, room was clean and food was awesome. Unfortunately I believe the cleaning service has stolen some high end cosmetics and I had not noticed until I had returned home. I always bring a lot of cosmetics so I wouldn't have noticed when I was packing to leave back home. As I was putting my things away (yes almost 2 weeks later) I started to notice my missing items. I remembered using them at the hotel so I know they were brought....and it wasn't taken at the airport cause my suitcase wasn't disturbed. I truly believe it was at hotel but how do I now prove this. Very upsetting.

Great location. Huge rooms. Friendly staff. Will stay again

we loved it very nice place its in close range to my son.

Was at the hotel for a couple of days of R&R. The hotel was comfy and peaceful. Breakfast was amazing!

This hotel is for sale and is undergoing outside (and some inside) renovations. Aside from that, the rooms were very nice. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Very nice location, centered to all kinds of stores and restaurants. Very pleasant and courteous staff, they were always on the move doing the best job they can. The front desk associates were always ready to help, and we approached them during different shifts. All of this was due to the care and the attention to all the small details of the young and energetic general manager. In general, they have a very good customer service: believe me, I work for a large corporation where the customer is our priority, and I know how to rate the customer service. Congratulations to all on a job very well done during our stay. Thank you so much..

This is a quiet, clean, friendly and comfortable lodging place. Their breakfast, included in your room fee, is excellent.

Theses accommodations worked quite well for us although if we had to rely on the small "kitchen" we would have been in trouble. It was nothing more than a nook with dorm type refrigerator that held little, microwave, tiny sink and coffee pot. No utensils, silverware, etc. On the other hand, we liked the bedroom with a separate sink, the sitting room with TV (not flatscreen) and the desk. Unfortunately we were on the first floor with cars parked a few feet from our windows which made leaving drapes open or windows open to enjoy the cool night area, difficult. There was an elevator so I would have preferred the 2nd or 3rd floor. Staff was very nice and the breakfast array was good. The location was excellent and it was less than a block to one of the nicer shopping malls in the area.

Very comfortable and plenty of room. Could have used a newer TV. Also a cabinet in the kitchen area would have been nice. Great staff.
