Every part of this hotel was neglected. Staff was rude and short answered. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The pictures and reviews on expedia did not represent the quality and experience of this hotel properly. I would give them zero stars if it were a possibility.

The building and room needed lots of care. There was chipped paint in the halls, broken tile on the entrance floor, the elevator needed cleaning, the public areas needed cleaning. The room was adequate but needed updating. The staff was polite. The breakfast serving area had broken equipment.

Despite cost of nearly $200/ night this hotel is thumbs down!!👎. It is in the process of being renovated so SOME things can be forgiven and overlooked, I’ll give them that. But overall it was NOT acceptable. Check-in took waaay too long- understaffed. Girl kept apologizing for the computer system- saying it’s very old and needs upgrading! Our room- the FURTHEST away from the elevator was not well maintained. Floors were dusty from construction dust, no light bulb in nightstand lamp, one entire wall of electrical outlets did not work! No hangars in closet cabinet, etc, etc! Breakfast was one of the poorest ever seen and we travel A LOT! So, In a word- AVOID!!!!!!
