After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. Also, the agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking.
For stays of 30 nights or more, we require a refundable deposit and a signed Long-Term Addendum.

Exquisite! Best Luxury Vacation home we have ever stayed at!
Brand new everything! Location was perfect, so close to Old Town. We were minutes away from the shopping, dining and clubs/bars. The views from the upstairs deck are amazing, AZ sunsets will forever be remembered by our group. Jen helped us select this home out the many options AZHolidayRental had to offer. This one was perfect!
