The property was under construction when I was there. Good vreakfsst and very clean rooms. It was a little dark and gloomy for my taste but it was good for a place to stay for a night or two for the money

To start, this property is on the "wrong side of the tracks" if you catch my drift. Right next to the freeway so you hear traffic all night. Directly across from a dispensary, and within a mile of not 1, not 2, but 3 strip clubs. So if that's what you're looking for, this place would be a dream for you. On top of that, the hotel was in absolute disarray. It's undergoing "renovation" but really just looks like they're trying to cover up that it's completely outdated and falling apart. It was filthy inside and out. There was hair on my bathroom floor and sheets, and an empty condom wrapper under one of the beds. This is the only hotel I've ever stayed at where they didn't provide soap, so I was washing my hands and body with shampoo. Thankfully I only had to stay one night, less than 9 hours, or I would have cancelled and spent twice as much to stay elsewhere. The front desk guy was nice, at least.

Mattress was too hard. Building under construction. Pool closed. Bathroom sink faucet stuff. Toilet paper rack fell apart. Smoke alarm over bed chirped every 42 seconds from Saturday afternoon thru checkout Sunday. Called front desk about it Saturday eve. They didn’t care and didn’t send anyone to fix it. No soap for shower either day.

Good hotel, horrible road noise.

Hotel is a bit older, currently doing some renovations. The noise from the street is absolutely terrible! Idiots in fast loud cars treat the road like it’s a freaking drag strip. Won’t be staying at this hotel again due to the noise alone, but other than that it’s a good enough spot if you have a kid at ASU.
