This cozy 1-bed, 1-bath retreat offers a prime location just 1 mile from downtown Phoenix, 10 minutes from the airport, and minutes from major hospitals. Perfect for both business and leisure, it features a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen-size sofa bed in the living area. The spacious, family-friendly backyard and hot tub—shared with two other units—provides plenty of room to relax. This charming guesthouse, located in the backyard of the main house but offering complete privacy. The suite features a private gate entrance located to the RIGHT of the main house, ensuring easy and secure access. Both the gate and the front door will be marked with a "C" for easy recognition.

This place was great! We really wanted to use the hot tub but we had already arrived later than we had planned. So we have no notes on the hotness of the hot tub but the property and everything else was awesome. We would definitely stay there again next time we're down in Phoenix

Yes, the location was close enough to downtown for a quick ride. However, compared to the photos the back yard area is a non maintained version. The cleanliness level of the unit was really not okay. We chose to keep our shoes on the entire time while inside. The rugs look as though they have never been cleaned. The floors have probably only ever been swept. The couch, which also was supposed to act as a second bed, looked as though it was going to fall apart , so my friend and I just slept in the same bed. There were no napkins, paper towels or facial tissue available in the unit. The street noise into the unit was actually pretty substantial. There are a lot of people on the street yelling and or talking loudly, along with car noise. I dont know that the cost that was charged equalled the quality of the unit.
