This home has it all. Two car garage with space for golf cart. Golf cart is included in rental. Open floor plan with high-end finishing throughout. Fridge stove, dishwasher microwave and apartment freezer. Washer and dryer within the unit. Each bedroom has a television set with a main large screen TV in the living room.
Master bedroom has walk-in closet and large en suite washroom. The second bedroom as lots of closet space as well. Home comes with Wi-Fi and YouTube TV.
Corte Bella is a vibrant 55+ community. Full golf course, two restaurants, fitness center, large pool and hot tub. There are tennis and pickle ball courts available as well. There are fitness classes available as well as a spa for massages, etc.
Sun City West is home too many golf courses and different activities. Grocery stores are close by as well as many restaurants. Corte Bella is located just off of the 303 highway. Making it an excellent location to get around the greater Phoenix area. For spring training, there are many ballfields close by.
The home is smoke free. Small dogs are acceptable. Minimum stay in Portabella is one month.
