Air conditioner was real loud to try and sleep through. Wallpaper starting to peel off the wall. Breakfast service at hotel restaurant was super super slow. Pool area was way too hot and humid. Otherwise nice hotel and rest if service was great.

Excellent location and our room had a view of independence hall. Staff was super friendly helpful and room was spotless.

Great place to stay. Very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and got us checked in quickly. The hotel was a block away from Liberty Bell and all of the other historic sites which made it easy to get around and see things. We were only here for one night so didn't get to check out any of their amenities much but the only downside was that their pool was closed. My kids would have enjoyed it because it looked really cool from the pictures. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Loved that it was walking distance to everything.

Perfect location for everything. The major historical sites is either across the streets or few blocks away. Same thing with all great restaurants.. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. Valet service is excellent and worth of the price we paid. The room is big, clean , and modern. The bathroom has a good size but requires a lot of work on the shower ceiling. If you are looking for the original Pat’s Cheesesteak (wherein Geno’s Cheesesteak is across it) it is 25-30 minutes walk from this hotel ( I don’t recommend driving as there is no parking space) . I strongly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a fantastic spot literally right next door to the Independence Hall. Food, drinks, excursions, all within walking distance. It’s the only place I stay when I visit Philly. Staff is always friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.

Great location! Rooms were modern, clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Staff extremely nice and attentive.

Great hotel and location The decor was lovely and bed felt great

Awesome. Would definitely go stay here again. Only thing is parking fee

The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean overall. There are hand sanitizer stations around the building and sanitation wipes were provided in the room.

Very nice spacious room, staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The room was clean but my air wasn't working the first night. Once I realized that they took care of it right away. I also wish they would have had a microwave on the property but other than that my room was clean and nice. The restaurant and bar was unavailable due to COVID-19

The rooms are gorgeously designed. Check-in was easy and efficient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Linen was clean and neat. Awesome views of south Philadelphia. One of the best hotels in the city. Could not have asked for a better experience in Philly.

Awalked several blocks in 90° heat only to find a dark, empty lobby. An employee popped his head out the door to inform us this location has been closed since march bc of covid. Apparently people show up all the time with luggage thinking they have reservations.fortunately there was another marriott a few blocks away, so after further walkin ttb in the sweltering heat, i was eventuality able to sit down in the ac. Not cool.

I actually ended up staying at their sister property, Marriot Old City. Clean and quiet. Right by the water and the fun. Great place to stay while in town
