The room was clean but my air wasn't working the first night. Once I realized that they took care of it right away. I also wish they would have had a microwave on the property but other than that my room was clean and nice. The restaurant and bar was unavailable due to COVID-19

The rooms are gorgeously designed. Check-in was easy and efficient. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Linen was clean and neat. Awesome views of south Philadelphia. One of the best hotels in the city. Could not have asked for a better experience in Philly.

Awalked several blocks in 90° heat only to find a dark, empty lobby. An employee popped his head out the door to inform us this location has been closed since march bc of covid. Apparently people show up all the time with luggage thinking they have reservations.fortunately there was another marriott a few blocks away, so after further walkin ttb in the sweltering heat, i was eventuality able to sit down in the ac. Not cool.

I actually ended up staying at their sister property, Marriot Old City. Clean and quiet. Right by the water and the fun. Great place to stay while in town

Location was perfect for walking Old City, and staff was super nice and accommodating.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms unique design. Close to many things.

The staff was awesome!! And location was perfect.

It was a great location and the staff were very helpful. The pool was cold and the hot tub was not available for use.

Nice place, you will not be disappointed at all. And the location is perfect

Great stay! The location is amazing and the staff are fantastic.

Great location, friendly staff and was quiet enough to sleep uninterrupted on a super comfy bed.

Very close to historic sites, including the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall. Service was great, food was extraordinary, rooms very clean and very pleasing. I would come back in a heartbeat.

For the price, I've stayed at motel 8s that were better. Please be aware that with this hotel your are paying only for location and DONT opt for the included breakfast. It's a scam.

It was nice. Hotel staff is super helpful. The only annoyance was the construction going on, but I’m sure it’ll be fantastic when it is done.

We arrived for a one night stay after a nine hour drive, including Friday afternoon rush hour going into the city. (Nightmare) We were pretty stressed at check in but Brittany at the reception desk put us in a good mood right away and changed the trajectory of our stay. She was thoughtful enough to see that we were stressed and handed us two drink vouchers and pointed us to the barright asserting the corner. She was quick with our check-in and saved us done of the time we lost in traffic. The entire staff at this hotel was about as friendly as I've ever experienced! Room was nice, but the bed could have been nicer, and there were a couple small signs that cleanliness was not 5 star. (Hair in shower). But overall pretty clean, good location, and very friendly. I'd go back for sure.
