I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the Rittenhouse Square area. It was a 12 minute walk to anywhere I needed to be, and a very short Uber ride from the 30th St. train station. The street was very quiet and the neighborhood was beautiful and safe. Matt and Holly were wonderful hosts, communicated quickly and often, and even accommodated an early check in for us. The home is beautifully, renovated, and has every amenity you can imagine. If I could give this property more than five stars I would! We have a lot of family in this area, and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Matt and Holly!

Amazing communication. Beautiful space with tons of room, great light, and super amenities. Amazing location - just minutes from the Orange line so if you’re attending a sporting event and need a great base camp this is it.Great neighbourhood, quiet, with everything you could ask for. One of the best spots I’ve stayed at - with amazing hosts who provide you with clear professional and detail oriented communication.Book this!
