The staff that check us is was great! The room needed repair. Very easy to get to the airport.
Our room was sold out when we arrived Although we did a full payment !
if I were Hilton, I’d rip my name off this filthy dump real quick. To start, the AC units alone are obviously filthy and therefore you can smell the neglect your entire stay. The place is beat & most hotels near PHL are in this type of condition so there is not much hope that much will ever improve.
Will not stay there again.
We paid ORbitz for park and fly and it was not accepted. We had. To move our car to another parking lot that cost over another $100. Orbitz should credit us for that money. Hampton Inn said it informed Orbitz 4 months ago that it was no longer honoring park and fly.
The options for the complimentary breakfast and staff service was good. Several areas in the hotel are currently being renovated including the elevators.
No dark out window shade in room. Room however was nice.
Dirty bathroom and beds
Property seems tired. Staff not too interested . Gym in poor shape: bike briken, elliptical broken and stability ball deflated.
Property was convenient, quiet and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was great!
Staff was great, so was the transportation. We left the car at the hotel while away. They were timely for drop off and pickup.
Water did not drain in bathroom sink and shower and toilet would not flush properly . Rugs in hallways of hotel filthy!
The rooms were very clean the the bed was very comfortable
Room wasn’t ready until 5pm instead of 3 like advertised, room was so humid the rug was damp (result of no bathroom fan?), refrigerator didn’t work, only 2 towels for 4 person room, large yellow stain on comforter, pool closed for repairs, shuttle driver thought he knew more than he did about airport- argued forcefully about where to drop us off - we were right - would have been a lot of extra walking if we had given in. Beds were fine, breakfast was fine, microwave and tv worked.
Hotel was without power, but we were not notified and am still trying to get reimbursed for having to move to another hotel. Phones offline and feel they could have posted or sent some notification via an alternate method to help mitigate the costs of transportation to a hotel when our reservation was cancelled.
The stay started out unpleasant because I called to inform the time of my arrival late at night and they still canceled my reservation. They gave me an unclean room and the employee was mad I told them it was dirty but they change my room. Other than that the breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive as well as the daytime employees.
