Room wasn’t ready until 5pm instead of 3 like advertised, room was so humid the rug was damp (result of no bathroom fan?), refrigerator didn’t work, only 2 towels for 4 person room, large yellow stain on comforter, pool closed for repairs, shuttle driver thought he knew more than he did about airport- argued forcefully about where to drop us off - we were right - would have been a lot of extra walking if we had given in. Beds were fine, breakfast was fine, microwave and tv worked.

Hotel was without power, but we were not notified and am still trying to get reimbursed for having to move to another hotel. Phones offline and feel they could have posted or sent some notification via an alternate method to help mitigate the costs of transportation to a hotel when our reservation was cancelled.

The stay started out unpleasant because I called to inform the time of my arrival late at night and they still canceled my reservation. They gave me an unclean room and the employee was mad I told them it was dirty but they change my room. Other than that the breakfast staff was very friendly and attentive as well as the daytime employees.

The housekeeper was trying to come in the room at 945am while i was sleeping then came back at 11 and unlocked the door and i screamed. Do not disturb sign was on the door for the whole weekend

Room was fine. Location was sketchy. Not near the top of the list of Hamptons I’ve stayed in before. If I had to do it again, I’d stay in a different area.

Everything was nice about the property, except the tub was clogged and there's no exhaust fan. I called the front desk and right away they moved us to another room. The walls are a little thin, because over the weekend the neighbors had a get together and they were loud until like 4 am. Otherwise all was good.

Location to the airport was fantastic. The property itself felt a bit tired. The breakfast room gloomy, the workout room old and small, the carpets old, too. Needs an update, but staff was friendly, and value was good.

The Hampton Inn Philadelphia Airport is a a great choice. The staff at check in were friendly. The hotel is very close to the airport and has a shuttle service. The rooms were large, clean and linens, pillows and sheets were good quality. Beds were queen and comfortable. breakfast was very nice. They offered fish omelets, biscuits and a gravy dish, oatmeal, cereals including granola, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, waffles and more! Really an impressive showing for any airport hotel. Grounds were safe and they had a fitness center. I was very satisfied with this Hampton stay!

Lovely staff! Clean comfortable rooms. Close to the airport with a convenient shuttle.
