Room was fine. Location was sketchy. Not near the top of the list of Hamptons I’ve stayed in before. If I had to do it again, I’d stay in a different area.

Everything was nice about the property, except the tub was clogged and there's no exhaust fan. I called the front desk and right away they moved us to another room. The walls are a little thin, because over the weekend the neighbors had a get together and they were loud until like 4 am. Otherwise all was good.

Location to the airport was fantastic. The property itself felt a bit tired. The breakfast room gloomy, the workout room old and small, the carpets old, too. Needs an update, but staff was friendly, and value was good.

Staff helpful w/ all issues. And there were a few issues.

The Hampton Inn Philadelphia Airport is a a great choice. The staff at check in were friendly. The hotel is very close to the airport and has a shuttle service. The rooms were large, clean and linens, pillows and sheets were good quality. Beds were queen and comfortable. breakfast was very nice. They offered fish omelets, biscuits and a gravy dish, oatmeal, cereals including granola, fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, waffles and more! Really an impressive showing for any airport hotel. Grounds were safe and they had a fitness center. I was very satisfied with this Hampton stay!

Lovely staff! Clean comfortable rooms. Close to the airport with a convenient shuttle.

Breakfast area is small but staff and food variety very good!

Liked the free shuttle from the airport and then to train station.

The sliding door to the bathroom got stuck and was very hard to open . The breakfast was not up to par and lacked variety.

Good location, especially for the airport. We did have some issues. Our first morning was scary when the fire alarm for the building went off at 6 am. Apparently there was a small electrical fire connected to the elevators. My husband got a lot of exercise walking up and down from the 6th floor we were on. Considering he's in his 70's that was quite an accomplishment! Also had a power outage another day. Stuck on the 6th floor again. We were not offered any refund.

I was expecting a decent hotel. I would have gotten better service at a 2 star hotel. The elevator and ice machine were out of service. The clerk clearly disliked her job or jad no work ethic, and the electricity kept going out.

Wish there was a restaurant on site but the Ruby Tuesdays is good. The breakfast was excellent and much appreciated. The shuttle service is awesome, too. Will def stay again .Thanks.

I reserved and prepaid for a hotel room at the Hampton Inn Philadelphia Airport. When I arrived there, I was informed that they were "overbooked" and they had no room for us, nor could they get us a room at a nearby hotel, stating that "third party" reservations (i.e. Orbitz customers) are not accounted for by their room management system. We were left to our own devices to find alternate accommodations. Guests after us were also told the same, and I saw staff handing them a blanket to basically go sleep in their car. Avoid this place, or at least call ahead of time to confirm that they won't try to pull a fast one on you and leave you homeless for the night.
