Good condition. Cute small hotel.

Great location, walked to Reading Terminal Market, Rittenhouse Square, lots of restaurants nearby. King room had bed, desk, tv, full bath. Small space but didn’t spend much time in room. Had mini fridge, coffee maker, mIcrowave. Complimentary breakfast; muffins, yogurt, breakfast sandwiches, fruit, etc Would stay there again

Hi, The breakfast was too cold but milk was not fresh. I threw out right after my breakfast in my room. I asked if I could check out at 12 or 11:30 instead of 11, I was refused by the front desk clerk.

The front desk staff is wonderful! Great hotel all around

constant issues with the A/C unit kicking off every hour. I kept waking up sweating and having to restart the A/C.

Room was clean...small...nearly $60 tp park...breakfast was great...

Everybody was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Loved the bar and restaurant. Great location

The walls are so thin I could everything going in on in rooms and hallway.

Hotel is being updated which I was for warned; however, the hotel elevator was broken and repairs were being done on a very busy weekend. The hotel staff was nice and so were the valet staff.

Upon arrival the representative as eager to help when I arrived before 3:00 p.m. check in. The representative let me know there was an available room and the representative gave me what I needed to go immediately to my room. There is a small laundry facility that was helpful.

The hotel was completely gutted except for my room and the room next to it. Everything was a construction zone. The rooms, hallways, elevator, floor, walls were all completely torn apart. There was construction equipment, fans and wires everywhere and construction workers were actively working all around me. The hotel should not have been open. Orbitz did not make me aware of the situation at the time of booking and should not have sold me the room. I have been told it would be addressed and I have also been told they would not refund me my money because I did not report it that night and because I was made aware of the terms and conditions. Both of these claims are false. I called that night of my stay and received no help and no refund. Orbitz did not make me aware of the absolute disaster the hotel is at the time of booking and advertised pictures of a beautiful, finished hotel with “wheelchair-accessible path of travel” which is an absolute falsehood. I have called, emailed and messaged Orbitz, Marriott and the hotel location themselves with no positive resolution. This is a terrible display of poor customer service and liability.

I paid for a king bed, and got two twin beds smashed together. The beds would separate, my feet hung off the end of the bed, and I had to sleep diagonal over the crack between the beds. Not what I paid for. Plus, it was almost impossible finding a spot in the off-site garage.

So the rooms here are quite small but it’s great for a couples getaway and I love the fact that you are able to open the windows in the room. You can also use the “park it” site to park your vehicle over night for $23 with in and out privileges. If you pay your ticket in person it was more money. I also liked the modern rooms and the TVs had netflix, showtime, and cable. Sheets and bathroom was clean and there were a lot of restaurants right on that block. Parking is 1.5 blocks away but it was fine. Would book again!

Location.
