"Overall a nice stay! The apartment was huge and sparkling clean. Our hosts phoned a taxi for us as we arrived in a major storm- much appreciated! The housekeeper was also very sweet and helpful. "Beautiful property. I stayed in a gorgeous villa with a terrific outdoor bathroom and amazing view from the large balcony. Unfortunately, while we could walk down the hill, coming up was quite steep and required golf carts. When you check in they say "just call us at reception if you need a ride". ..."

"The water from the shower was cold, toilet not flushing properly, the phone was not working. Although the staff fixed everything, it is unacceptable to have so many problems. The property should have checked everything prior to guests checking in."
