The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, however, the in room heater ran hot- you could see the glowing red element. It could only be on full, 90 degrees or off. The hot water did not come on after 10 minutes of running the taps. The television had a fuzzy picture and there were only 5 or 6 channels. The coffee machine did not work. There was a 3 inch hole in the bath towel. When I mentioned these things to the front desk, she explained that the television is always fuzzy because of the hotels location, that it takes 15 minutes for the hot water to come on at this time of the year due to low volume of guests. AsS far as the other concerns, she said "perfect, is there anything else?" and seemed annoyed when I suggested compensation and that ''we should have let her know about these issues when we first checked into the room as there was nothing that she could do about it now".

The building was under construction and kids running in the halls so had to speak to them. Our room was fabulous with a kitchenette and lots of room. Breakfast was good, staff pleasant, room clean just needs a bit of updating. Parking was fine. I left my stainless water container behind and they put it aside for me for pick up. Appreciate it

Room was clean, but is in need of remodeling. Bathroom sink was damaged and rusted. Website listed hairdryer included, no hairdryer! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Windows in my room did not have any locks on them. I was on the second floor, but there was another piece of the building about two feet shorter outside my windows. I did not feel safe!

Poor service. Asked for handicap because of walking difficulties, they said they don’t have any which was not in my reservation. You have to ask them specially to make up your room? They don’t leave a tv channel list in your room because people steal/throw them away. It’s a photocopy for gods sake. The little bottle of conditioner was half full? Isn’t that why it’s in a little bottle, for one time usage? I punched in on the internet for Comfort Inn and got this place that definitely wasn’t. It’s totally ridiculous. There’s more but not worth it because nothing will be done. $484. Terrible. You’re name is on it as well
