Entry door to room was filthy. Ask house cleaner why and she said because the sun destroyed it, Then paint it as the bathroom door and trim has never been painted either. Sink and toilet had stains on them which they kept our hundred dollar security deposit because they said it was from our hair dye but we didn’t use that sink. Erin was very defensive and rude when calling to tell us she was keeping the deposit. Would never recommend staying here. Plus a barking dog at 4am and all morning. Maintenance on property is very poor! We should have taken pictures before staying but it was a late check in!!

This little gem is well located close to 401. The room had an apartment size fridge, a stove,microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The room was well maintained and scrupulously clean. The bathroom was in good condition and again scrupulously clean. The town is a few minutes away by car and has lovely little shops and good food. The owner/ manager was delightful. She was kind,efficient and made us feel very welcome. If you need a place to staynear Toronto or to visit the big red apple in coburg, this is the place to stay.

It's basic with no amenities, but the rooms are big and you can't beat the price. Close to the 401, and downtown Cobourg. I would stay there again.
